    My truck buying experience with Chris Riviera was top notch! I came in on a Saturday a half an hour before they closed to check out and test drive a truck. He stayed late to talk numbers with me. Once we came to an agreement with my trade we agreed I'd be back on Wednesday to pick it up and fill out paperwork. In the meantime he texted me pictures of my truck (I had graphics from the factory removed). And even lined up Mobile Shades to install window tint, which they were fantastic too! The whole buying experience was smooth, painless, and fast. Chris, I'll be back to purchase my next vehicle from you.

    I live out of state and found the vehicle I wanted at Bob Grimm Chevrolet. I initially spoke to Kayla who was very helpful. Then Steve Rice handled my online purchase with Jim Martin ensuring all the paperwork was correct and completed. I didn't think I would get the vehicle until after the New Year. However, they made sure the vehicle was in my driveway within 7 days. Wow, very prompt and professional service from all who I encountered. The vehicle transporter was also outstanding. He took great care of my new (used) vehicle and insisted that I take $20.00 to have it cleaned on him. I highly recommend Bob Grimm Chevrolet for your new or used car needs. Totally satisfied!     I've dealt with two other dealerships prior and was a bit tired at this point of them not listening to my needs and just wanting to put me in any car that they could. I came across Bob Grimm. Chris Riveria was my sales consultant and WOW what a wonderful experience from the time I drove on their lot until this very moment.     Horrible service. I took my daughter's car in twice for the fan for the air and defroster not…read moreworking. The first time I picked it up Larry told me it was fixed and what they did. When I started the car at the dealership it still didn't work. And then it was suddenly oh ya, we have to order you a new blower mower and they are on back order. Several months later still no contact from the dealership. I called and Larry said I didn't know you still wanted that and he would order one. After the part came in, we made an appointment for my daughter's car over Christmas break for the new blower motor (and I got her 100,000 maintenance service early). I told Larry my daughter, and her car, were 15 hours away at college, but I would have her drive home to get it serviced from a dealership I trust. I got three calls and texts to make sure I was keeping my appointment. She drove it home and I took it for service. After they kept it for the day, they told me they didn't have the blower motor. They said it was broken. I was very upset that they would allow my daughter to drive the car 15 hours without checking to make sure they had the part. I was told they get thousands of parts and cannot check them all. I said I think allowing someone to drive 15 hours in December for service to get a fan that blows the air for heat and the defroster is dangerous. On the way back to school my daughter called because the check engine light came on. After just getting her 100,000 service completed at Lighthouse she needed to have her battery replaced in Nashville. I will never go back to Lighthouse, not even for service on the new vehicle I purchased 4 months before this. The last comments from Larry were, please don't leave a review. Not I am sorry. Not I can still get the blower motor and get it fixed before the winter break is over. Not safe travels. Just, please don't leave a review. I guess image is more important than service for some.
