My sister had a large area rug that smelled bad because of animal urine. She moved to a new home and we put the rug down and even though we had rented a shampooer and cleaned the rug ourselves it still smelled bad. I called B&O and asked if they could pick the rug up and clean it and they agreed to pick it up and bring it back to her. It is a beautiful rug and my sister tells me it looks like it does when it was new and does not smell anymore. The man who delivered it helped her put it down and arrange it just the way she wanted it. We greatly appreciate B&O for helping us and resuscitating a beautiful area rug. read more

My company has used this cleaners for years to clean specialty items. Their service is prompt and they can usually accommodate short return times. They can clean even the dirtiest of backpacks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I look forward to chatting with the staff when I visit. Their new Saturday hours add convenience and now that they accept card payments, the whole process is seamless and easy. I would absolutely recommend them for your cleaning needs. read more

I have only been here once, however, I called a day or two prior asking about turn around time and the gentleman that answered, was polite and said he could work with the timeline I was looking for. Had my wife drop the clothes off and I picked them up. The lady at front desk was friendly, and items were on time. I will definitely try again. read more

This place is always reliable for getting my JROTC uniforms cleaned and it's at a good price and couldn't ask for more. The only recommendation I can give to new customers is be careful pulling up and coming out of the driveway. read more

First off, fast and friendly service. I needed same day service and they were able to accommodate it. But don't plan to work late and get there before they close! They are only open until 5:30. Also, its cash only but they will give you a receipt of you ask. Very happy with the service. Would give five stars if they took credit cards. read more

This is truly as good as it gets. They are professional, efficient, courteous, and most of all economical.

If you need a place you can take your home laundered clothing to be pressed, this is the place. It's a little difficult to find because the sign has seen much better days, and although large, most of the paint has worn off! They do a great job for a good price and always friendly. They would get 5 stars if you could actually read the sign and they cleaned up a little around the place. Don't let that scare you off though! read more
