Dropped at 9am for a same day service. The door literally says same day service drop by 10 pickup by 5. Show up to pick up at 5 and they say they didnt finish the 2 shirts I dropped off. No call or warning. Just said workers left early. I had to go buy my husband shirts for his work trip the next morning. NE cleaners is not reliable and does not communicate. read more

They damaged some clothing we dropped off . They had spilled or purposely used bleach on a shirt and ruined it . They would accept no responsibility for this and through the conversation it was a obvious they actually know very little about cleaning clothing . As others have stated , go somewhere else . read more

Discussed dry cleaning methods with Niall who seemed to be the boss 3/24/14 in the evening. Very nice staff. As I care about my health I asked a few questions. We discussed that their dry cleaning plant uses Perc but Wet Clean is an alternative for which they do not charge extra. You just have to ask for it. He states that in the end the feel is the same so I don't know if I can tell the difference. The perc is also used with more modern methods but I prefer wet clean. However I am loving what I hear!!! Wow! This complaint starts with the lack of human consideration. My clothes must have been before or behind "I sell homes.com" that was what was on my shirt when I picked up on Monday (white dress shirt)When I noticed.. I called to inform of the error. They mentioned to come in the following day. When I mentioned I needed this addressed same day the attitude changed. When I went back to have the error corrected.... I was treated as if they did not make the error. Followed by a group of employees that came out and stated that I leave the building. The lovely young lady behind the counter tried to advocate to the issue... being the one that was involved. I was forced to wait in my car or come back the next day. 10 minutes later the shirts are fixed and when I walked back in to the establishment the owners are not there . Please avoid this place. All it would have taken is to recognize the issue and a simple fix. Bad business and very bully like read more
