Just said workers left early.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to go buy my husband shirts for his work trip the next morning. NE cleaners is not reliable and does not communicate.

I have been using this dry cleaner for at least ten years. Everything is cleaned in house, I always get everything back looking pristine, they are super quick (usually about one day), and they have never lost anything. I always recommend them. read more

They damaged some clothing we dropped off . They had spilled or purposely used bleach on a shirt and ruined it . They would accept no responsibility for this and through the conversation it was a obvious they actually know very little about cleaning clothing . As others have stated , go somewhere else . read more

Bought a brand new shirt that i needed pressed. They did an awesome job and i will bring more items to them from here on. Kinda hard to find the entrance the first time. Just passed the McDonalds and before the highway. I will report more later. read more

Discussed dry cleaning methods with Niall who seemed to be the boss 3/24/14 in the evening. Very nice staff. As I care about my health I asked a few questions. We discussed that their dry cleaning plant uses Perc but Wet Clean is an alternative for which they do not charge extra. You just have to ask for it. He states that in the end the feel is the same so I don't know if I can tell the difference. The perc is also used with more modern methods but I prefer wet clean. However I am loving what I hear!!! Use at your own risk! 2 clothing items ruined or lost. Should have learned my lesson with the first clothing item. Can't use them with any faith again. Too many cleaners in town to go back. read more

Wow! This complaint starts with the lack of human consideration. My clothes must have been before or behind "I sell homes.com" that was what was on my shirt when I picked up on Monday (white dress shirt)When I noticed.. I called to inform of the error. They mentioned to come in the following day. When I mentioned I needed this addressed same day the attitude changed. When I went back to have the error corrected.... I was treated as if they did not make the error. Followed by a group of employees that came out and stated that I leave the building. The lovely young lady behind the counter tried to advocate to the issue... being the one that was involved. I was forced to wait in my car or come back the next day. 10 minutes later the shirts are fixed and when I walked back in to the establishment the owners are not there . Please avoid this place. All it would have taken is to recognize the issue and a simple fix. Bad business and very bully like read more

If I could I would give this place a zero star review. I had a terrible experience with NE Cleaners that I need to share. I took in my authentic NFL Tom Brady jersey around July 2 for cleaning, and when I returned to pick it up, I was devastated to find that the NFL Authentic patch had been completely washed away. I left the jersey with the intent to discuss my dissatisfaction with the owner, providing my contact information so they could reach out. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call to discuss potential solutions. After trying to get in touch multiple times, I was finally told that they were working on a repair and waiting for a new patch to arrive. However, there was no discussion about whether this was an acceptable solution for me. In late August, I received a call saying my jersey was ready for pickup. To my dismay, they had attempted to replace the original patch with a cheap-looking fake NFL patch that seemed like it was ordered from China. They did this without my consent, which ruined the authenticity of my jersey. When I explained that I believed the jersey should be replaced due to their mishandling, they insisted that this was all they could do. Given the significant loss of value and authenticity of my jersey, I am considering legal action. I have documentation of the entire situation, including the timeline of events and attempts to communicate with the owner. I believe taking this to small claims court is the best course of action to seek compensation for the damage done. I strongly advise others to think twice before using NE Cleaners; they clearly do not respect their customers or their belongings! read more

I took my Tom Brady NFL jersey here to be cleaned when I went to pick it up it was ruined the nfl patch on the front was washed clear due to the chemicals they used and there were stains on it worse than when I brought it in so I told them that was unacceptable they then kept the jerseys and tried to fix it by putting a fake patch on it that they ordered from china making the jersey not authentic anymore they then told me they were not going to reimburse me or do anything more to help the situation that I could just see them in court about it so that is what I'm going to do now small claims court it is! I took pictures and documentation of the whole situation! this is ridiculous! I repeat Don't Use This Company they will ruin your stuff and not even care about it! read more
