Their invoices lacked detail, and they ignored the written list of symptoms I left in the car. The second shop I went to finally fixed the issue and provided detailed notes showing what should have been done the first time. When I filed a complaint, Jay Barker's Auto Repair even claimed they "did not know" I was having these issues, which makes no sense since their own receipts list "Engine Power Reduced." After three failed repairs and misleading statements, I refused to return -- three strikes and you're out.
