Poor customer service. I called Scott to inform him as to what happened. I purchased some more tires he couldn't order all I asked was to be taken care of I wasn't asking for anything free. I had to pay an out of town tire company to rebalance some tires kzoo tire installed. Scott said come on down and bring the tires. I showed him the receipt when I arrived. He said how do I know if that's for the car we worked on. The receipt clearly showed the year make and model with my last name on the receipt. He purposely had me come down there just to say he wouldn't do the job. I've been doing business with them for 30 years so has my family. We will never step foot in this place again and I guarantee you I will spread the word on how unprofessional Scott was and how the so called mechanics can't even put a simple tire on correctly. I purchased some low profile tires from them that are directional. They installed one of them backwards.

Original review: Bestire is a great, locally owned business with professional, knowledgeable and nice folks behind the counter. The prices are comparable to (even better/cheaper than) the big chains. They offer free tire rotation with your purchase, and I paid the price quoted. There aren't any disposal fees or hidden costs. They broke the hood latch on my truck- it's a newer vehicle so it opens a little differently and…read morethe tech pulled it too far. $1100 in damage. I had to take it to the Ford dealer to get it fixed- and they were able to confirm that they were the ones that broke it. The manager tired to tell me that it came in that way- that somehow the last people to open the hood broke the latch. In order for this to be true they would have had to break the latch, get the hood open (the ford dealer had to tear the front end apart to get it open), and then close it without bothering to tell anyone. Little do they know the last person that did the oil change was the Walmart on 9th street. Regardless- they broke it and can't be bothered to even attempt to make it right.

I brought it here to get it fixed, and Kenny took care of the problem flawlessly at a very reasonable price. I have a warranty, so they kept blaming the warranty company for dragging their feet. I had to finally contact the warranty company myself to get the ball moving. (The warranty company was waiting for pictures from them) Option 1 finally started work 5 WEEKS after they had my car. It took them 7 MORE WEEKS to get the work done. They called me to come and get my car, and when I got there they said the check engine light had come back on and they had to do more work on it! When I finally got it back the check engine light was still on, the contents of the glove compartment was on the passenger floor, my good car phone charger was missing & a bag of clothes I had was opened and thrown all over the backseat! These people are unbelievable! Every time I called to check on my car Cory had some lame excuse as to why it wasn't done yet, but I think the 3 MONTHS speaks for itself! Oh and I have a Chevy Traverse, nothing special.
