Jake of Spike's Service is very customer service oriented! They were to us, broke down on the highway, in 10 minutes, YES TEN MINUTES!!! After waiting almost 3 hours for "another service" to arrive. He was amazing! He was happy to take me to the closest restroom. I was so grateful. Then he took us to rent a car, which is where we were going to leave the broken down there. He suggested it just go back to Spike's so we didn't have to worry about it too much. This service DESERVES all insurance contracts as they are the most prompt, friendly, customer service oriented Service I have come across! These guys will fix what's wrong with your vehicle and only what's wrong with your vehicle, in a good way!!! They don't try and upsell you a bunch of needless repairs or scare you into purchasing more than what you need like a lot of other repair facilities (the old "you shouldn't be driving this car" scare tactic!). Driver made fun of my situation (stuck in a ditch). Made it sound like i was bothering him to pull me out (it's his effing job!) Accused me of being drunk because i couldn't hear him yelling instructions. I was glad to pay 75 dollars to be pulled out. I ate my pride doing so. I tried my best to dig myself out.
