I'm a mechanic myself but some things you just don't or can't do. So I had my lower control arms…read moreout on, an alignment, tires, and a tranny flush. I was told I needed a steering shaft replacement and with that they would fix my alignment. Well after I get it back the first time my tie rods start eating away at the metal rim, the upper control arms weren't adjusted at all so the bottom of the tires sat inward and I had shaking. Well I bring it in for my free alignment and was told I was full of shit because it was only when they touched my truck that the tie rods starting destroying the rims of my truck and that only now did they see that I out my tie rods on backwards but some how missed that when having it for 2 days. And as soon as I brought up an issue they got defensive like I was the person in the wrong but I was treated horribly after spending over 1200 dollars with them. I know vehicles and I know mechanics but you don't catch a supposed issue for 2 days but then catch it after a quick glimpse of my tie rods again after I called them out so that makes me full of shit

Was greeted by a friendly man and woman. The man immediately took me outside to check my car. He told me it would be cheaper and easier to get paint from the car manufacturer for the small chips, because he wouldn't be able to get his paint to go on as well as the paint I could get from the manufacturer, but, if I got the paint he would help me put it on. He also looked at the small scratch on my door. He immediately said he would be right back and went inside and got some polish and buffed out the small scratch right there in the parking lot in a few minutes. He said I was all set, and I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said don't worry about it. I never ever expect things for free, but when I get help like this it's so appreciated. If I ever any need any body work done or need a scratch fixed, this is the first place I will be headed! It's sometimes hard to find honest people to work on cars. I feel this place is one of those places!

**Update 1 Aug 2024**…read more I went back thru the carwash yesterday and both of my issues had been remedied/corrected. The air dryer ran for the full cycle and I checked 3 of the 4 card swipers (4th bay was out of order) and my card did not get snagged whatsoever. Owner has been very quick to respond to messages and also taking action on repairs. I like that the touchless carwash has 4 selections and does a good job of reaching all areas of even my larger pickup. I have been using this facility since it opened a couple years ago. I was excited considering I would drive all the way to Marshall to use their touchless but now have a facility about 5 minutes away. Over the past 2 years the dryer function has deteriorated with a majority of the time it only running for about 15 seconds before shutting off, even though we pay for 60 seconds. 2nd issue is the card swipers in the bay's. Not only do 2 of them not read cards, but 1 of them actually "chews" up the edges of your card, peeling back the lamination and scuffs/scratches the magnetic strip on the back of the card. The convenience of the ability to use credit/debit cards in the bays would be great if they could actually be used. The reliability concerns with the touchless drive-thru dryer are all enough to send me back to my original wash in Marshall. It's worth the longer drive (15-20ish minutes 1 way) for the peace of mind knowing their equipment has never let me down. ** Update ** I did post on 2 platforms. I found the facebook site after this one and had the opportunity to message directly with the owner. I feel that they listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I will revise both this rating and the Facebook once the requested repairs to their facility have been made.

I will always choose an independent shop on older cars as the dealers are not my cup of tea, but I also expect them to know when they are just wasting time and money and that's exactly what QAS did. to be good you have to know when you are out of your ability and they were way out of their ability on this one.
