I have to add a star to B & S. I had only had one thing done the last time I reviewed them but I've been there for other things and feel they earned these 5 stars. This time we had the truck in for an oil change and transmission service. That doesn't sound hard to anyone who remembers having room under the hood but today's pick ups have computer modules for everything and they stack and combine things that doesn't make sense to put together. In a Ford F-150 pickup the way to service the transmission requires dropping the oil pan (no sense at all) and is a bit complicated. They have the skills and knowledge to do any job you need done. B & S is O'Reilly's repair shop so if you have a problem related to service while on the road, you can take your vehicle to an O'Reillu's and have it fixed at no cost. read more

We had a coolant leak in our Suburban that wasn't fixed right by another shop we took it to first. If I had only known I would have gone here first just like I will in the future. They even corrected a couple of things the other shop did and found an oil leak and fixed that, too. We were down to our last car, so they gave us a ride all the way home and would have come back to get us, but I got another car running in time. At first my husband and I took my car here because of the close proximity to our home. They fixed the small issues and later it turned out there was a bigger issue. They fixed everything at low cost, lower than big companies would have. We have since taken 2 other of our other vehicles in for varying issues and they always take care of us! I also recently learned that even though their shop has business hours they take care of their customers 24/7. Knowing that has given me a huge peace of mind especially since my daughter normally gets off work at around 2:00 am. I will never go anywhere else! On a huge plus side, the staff is so nice and knowledgeable! I have only met sienna (the girl at the front desk) and the owners Bob and Stephanie and they are so great! Highly recommended!!! We broke down in Winston, OR. The nice policemen helped us get out of the street. B & S was recommended by another local auto repair company. B & S actually came to us and jumped our truck. Then we followed them to their shop. They diagnosed and repaired our truck (with camper on it) immediately! These people are scammers I asked for an estimate for one 02 sensor and to put gaskets on my catalytic converter, they said it would be $57.50. Now I got there at 11 o'clock and they didn't get done till one o'clock also they charged me $172.50 at the end. The funny thing is that I provided the parts so I went to complain about the pricing and ask questions about why it took so long and he made a excuse, saying that they broke blot, that's the reason so I tried to ask more questions and the main people insulted me and said get the fuck off my property so I asked him why can I ask questions and he said I already gave you the answers now get your high ass off my property before I call the cops!!! i was tired from working at night and I said you why do you have to be so disrespectful. anyways, do not waste your money on these people. We would give B & S Auto 10 stars if we could!! We were driving home on I-5 on a Saturday afternoon when our Ram 2500 started having a significant issue while pulling our travel trailer. We found B & S Auto on a quick google search and they were seriously a god-sent!!!! They were so incredibly helpful, Bob took a look at our truck and knew exactly what was wrong immediately. With only a few hours until they closed they were able to completely repair the problem - and he even went the extra mile to go get the part in Roseburg so that he could fix our truck ASAP. Meanwhile, Stephanie got all the paperwork done and taken care of and was so friendly and helpful. Within 3 hours we were back up and running and on the road with our truck, trailer and 3 young kids.
