He hired…read moreThis company after receiving his bid and talking to the owner Julian . this company is top notch! Very professional , Fastidious and efficient! And very Hard workers ! As well as nice people! The crew was friendly and easy to work with. And very accommodating when we needed to move our cars they were right there moving their equipment out of the way . They used a ginormous crane to expedite the work . parked it in the driveway as close to the trees to be removed as possible. They spent a long time balancing it for lifting heavy load, then the operator started carefully extended the arm towards the sky until it reached into the eucalyptus. I was surprised and in awe when I realized there was a man in a harness , suspended off a cable attached to the crane which appeared high in the blue sky .They slowly lowered him into the tree tops with a chain saw attached to his belt! I watched the for the entire day and days after from my patio . I watched through my phone camera so I could zoom in and see up close. I also took many videos and photos of the process happening in front of me. I watched as he cut each tree into 2'- 4' sections until each tree was cut and carefully removed, As if by magic each section was lifted attached to the crane cables, up and over the house to the street, where the ginormous chipper was waiting and the crew was there to guide it to the ground . the sections of tree and logs were gathered and then fed into the chipper and they became instant saw dust! The crew cleaned the street everyday. They cut 14 trees in 3 days. And even worked in the rain! And then some pine trees were added to the job that were hidden amongst the eucalyptus! And they were flexible and added a day of work. A Job was well done , great work ethic! Highly recommended!

The job required precision cutting because the trees were surrounded by other houses on 500 square foot lots. They cut the trees branch by branch. If I hadn't stayed for the beginning to watch them work I would have thought they Harry Pottered them away. They did great work and were competitively priced. I used Yelp to request a quote for Palm Tree trimming and Yelp asked if I wanted to send a quote to…read moremultiple companies. Got 5 quotes and went with Juarez Tree Service based on their quote, other reviews, and they're covered by Yelp Guarantee (which thankfully, I've never had to use before). Scheduled a time with them last Friday and they had availability and we scheduled a date and time. Erik said 8-9AM on Tuesday (this morning). Before they arrived, I moved all the potted plants a good distance away from the palm tree. I also covered two plants that I couldn't move with a garbage can to protect them. The palm tree leaves fall a good distance and will mess up anything they fall onto. I also created a small path in our backyard for them to walk through. Erik and his crew arrived promptly at 9AM. Erik brought 2 people with him. Ivan was the one going up and cutting off the leaves. Salvador was the one carrying leaves off to the trailer in front of our driveway. Before they started work, they laid down a large tarp to catch most of the debris. Erik's whole crew was very courteous and professional. They worked quickly and cleanly - the backyard was either in the same or slightly cleaner condition than when they started. From start to finish, the job took about an hour and 45 minutes. They're very efficient! We also had quite a few palm tree leaves that fell from our neighbor's tree. They helped haul away those as well. I highly recommend Juarez Tree Service based on this palm tree trimming service!

The issue is they only…read moretook it about 90% of the initial agreed upon scope and have become unresponsive in my attempts to get the last 10% completed Extremely responsive to start, and quick to come out to service, which is why they won the work. They worked all day demo'ing our backyard greenscape and literally bran out of daylight. When I followed up on remaining items, the team remained responsive but mostly with excuses as to why they could not complete the final stump grinding. As of this week they've gone completely dark.
