Emmanuel came out within a day or so of initial contact and quoted me a fair price for removal and grinding of the stump. The work was arranged about a week later. The crew arrived early and was done after only an hour and a half. They carefully swept and blew away the sawdust and other remnants after finishing up. I received one response to the first text that he would send it out the next day. It never came and he never responded again. The window closed for document collection and I missed the opportunity for a $1500 grant reimbursement, which in this difficult time of increasing cost of living expenses, would have been incredibly useful.
