They were dispatched to remove a burning limb from the power lines caused by a neighbor's tree. I told them not to place the debris on my property, which they ignored. I have made several requests later, once by direct mail to their website and then again by phone wanting to know when this debris is to be removed, no reply, no phone call nothing. You can't even speak to a real person by phone. We have used his service many times over the years, and most recently we needed his help when a large tree limb came down on our garage during a thunderstorm around dinner time. Al offered to come out that night, but we felt we could wait until morning. Al and his helper Dave came to our house promptly at 8 a.m. the next morning as agreed.
