He's telling me I was going 40 in my neighborhood which is impossible. He laid on the horn, multiple people came out of their homes at 7:30 AM. This company has terrible reviews and honestly need to train their employees better. Just because he wasn't actively on a job site doesn't mean he's not representing the company. I think the truck ID number is something like 1411060. We have used his service many times over the years, and most recently we needed his help when a large tree limb came down on our garage during a thunderstorm around dinner time. Al offered to come out that night, but we felt we could wait until morning. Al and his helper Dave came to our house promptly at 8 a.m. the next morning as agreed. They cleared the limb and debris from our yard within an hour. We highly recommend Al's Tree Service, and we're going to call him next week to trim other trees in our yard.
