So I've taken my dog to this specific groomer for the last couple times he was to receive a haircut. We had a good relationship going on. I loved his haircuts. They were super nice about everything but the last time I went into his appointment, I had gotten him back a couple hours after his grooming session, and I had noticed he could not open his eyes. I waited a day thinking it was just hair stuck in his eyes but the next day I took him to the vet and soon found out he had ulcers in both of his eyes from one of Brenda's grooming technicians and or herself. The reason behind him having ulcers and not only one eye, but both eyes was because they had held a hot blow dryer into his eyes for a long period of time causing me to pay out-of-pocket I thought that we could resolve this situation fairly quick and respectfully, but it has been nearly 2 months now and I have yet to receive a payment even though she stated to me, she has owned this business for 25 years. Does anyone know how or where to go for help? Anything is very much appreciated. read more

The first time I left a review, I left 5 stars. This time only 2. They did get me in quickly, but argued with me as to what was an acceptable cut for my dog. The girl told me his ears could be brushed out and would not have to be buzzed. I said OK only to walk in four hours later to find a lady using a flea comb ripping through the hair on my dogs ears while he's yelping. You should not have to inflict pain on a dog to groom them. A flea comb and a brush are two different tools. Otherwise they did a nice cut on his body and he was clean, if you go, ask for Sherry or Terry, I can't remember her name. She seemed to be the only one gentle and patient with a dog. I probably won't go back. read more

Brenda has always taken care of my yorkie Jax, and now she has gone above and beyond! She took Jax in yesterday, a day before Christmas Eve, fit us in her schedule, and that was at 2:30 pm, and she said she wouldn't be closing until the last dog was groomed. I can't make this up, I picked up Jax at 10:20 pm! She is a tireless woman and well deserved of anyone's business! Brenda is great and very patient with my 15 year old dog! Treats him with a gentle touch and much kindness.

Brenda the owner didn't groom per my request or instructions. Asked not for him to be shave up the tail, she did it anyway. I don't like his anal showing. Ask for his nails clipped especially the dew claw should be a given. Wasn't done! Had my dog sitting for hours. 1pm appointment. I finally just went and picked him up at 5pm. He was just Sitting in the kennel. Her nonchalant reply they didn't call you? She should have been the they she was referring to. She states I just finished. How could that be if the dog currently on your table was already shaved when I walked in. I knew she was lying because the other worker and the expression on her face. He was most uncomfortable and nervous when I picked him up. They won't ever have to worry about receiving my $50 again for an incomplete and botched up job. read more

Terri is our groomer . And she does ALL 3 of our pups. Kirra (german) , ace (Maltese) , and now our new addition Dallas (Saint Bernard / retriever) along with EVERY pup we rescue !! She takes them in no matter how busy her schedule is and does a PHENOMENAL job on each one. I dont know why a lot of you are saying such negative things . I m standing here watching her groom my cat she's so patient and very nice! I love how she shapes the face and the tail my other groomer didn't do that. Plus they are opened on Saturday! she did an In and out appt so she didn't have to sit in her little carrier but she has big cages to hOld the pets, which my old groomer didn't. I highly recommend her for cats I don't have any dogs that I can bring but I seee the Ones that are here and they look great too, very happy with my new groomer Brenda! This is the second time I took my Shih Tzu in for a grooming and he was there more than 5 hours. No one called me for updates on his status and every time I called they told me it should be another hour. We finally showed up there before closing and he still hadn't been cut. So we stayed in the lobby and watched his groomer Brenda rush him through and obviously was frustrated. He ended up with a patchy cut, his facial hair was still long and going into his mouth and covering his eyes. They didn't brush his teeth or clean his anal glands like I asked the first or second time. I almost feel like I shouldn't have even paid for this. This place needs to get there stuff together and stop over booking. He was supposed to get a short teddy bear cut and these pics are one week later. read more

Do Not ! I repeat Do Not come here !!!! I dropped my 3 small dogs at 11:30 am " appointment I made appointment on Monday " They were not done till 6:30 pm . Not one person had the courtesy to call me to inform me of anything . Then they have an attitude when I show up after 7 hours wanting to take my dogs home . Her hair looked like it had been butchered by someone who had no idea what they were doing. This place seemed very overbooked when I took my dog in, nobody in the faculty was wearing a mask nor were the customers. They had trouble locating who had my dog booked and made me redo another client card. When I picked up my dog, his cut was very uneven and you can see the lines of the clippers and he didn't get a bath or his teeth brushed. Terri tended to my dog. Never again. read more

Just passing through and saw this place. It was very close to our house and one of the ladies said she'd be able to take my dog in whenever to give him a nail trim. She was quite quick too (literally a few minutes). My dog is very well behaved and she cut his quick in the waiting area apart from where other dogs were being serviced (not sure how that worked, but this is what we experienced). Several blobs of blood came from what we saw when she cut him. She did get him some stopping powder for his cut though. My husband was there to help him calm down and so was I) and he starred to growl from being uncomfortable while she continued to file them with a nail dremmel for dogs. Thankful she was open, but bummed out she cut him on his first visit there. read more
