I can't say nothing but great things about this place. I rescued a bulldog covered in ticks. The owner and her staff did an amazing job cleaning her out and giving her a new personality compared to when I picked her up the night before. She was scared and jumpy, after their magical hands and hard work, she walked out in great spirits and happy as if she never suffered the conditions she was in. I Highly Recommend this location! When he asked the people what happened the lady Debbie tried to minimize it by saying it wasn't that bad. Taken my four dogs here a few times and always been pretty happy with how they came out and the pricing. Brought 2 of my dogs here again today to a different groomer since their regular groomer apparently no longer works there. Was told that one of my dogs, who has been there multiple times already, was aggressive with the new groomer and is not allowed back. Not sure why the experience was so different with him today, but if he bit someone, then I can somewhat understand why they would not want him back. However, I am actually really disappointed in the grooming they did on my other dog. She is short haired but mixed with husky so I specifically asked for a blow out. She was shedding like crazy before I took her. I bring her home and there is absolutely no difference. I pet her and her hair is just coming off her still. I have a hard time believing they actually gave her a blow out like I asked. Her undercoat is completely wild. Completely disappointed. 0/10 no longer recommend. Unfortunately we will be looking for a new groomer for all four of my dogs. read more

So happy to find this groomer close to work. Terri did an excellent job on our Schnoodle. Very clean facility, very organized and very friendly staff. Excellent cut. Will definitely come back. Been going here for a while, but our regular groomer left. The next groomer had been doing a well enough job, no more cute lashes and eyebrows on our Schnoodle though. The last two times we had a different groomer and my poor girl came back with her hair all chopped up. Sadly, there's no one who I can message and send pictures too. Plus, they only take cash which is kind of a pain. Happy that they are taking appointments right now during the pandemic. read more

My first time taking my 100 pound German Shepherd mix to a new groomer and was anxious he wouldn't be good with a new place and I'm happy that he was a good dog for the most part! My dog HATES getting his nails trimmed but needed it very bad, Debbie was so incredibly patient even after my dog bit her hand 3 times in the process, bandaids needed :( still proceeded with a get it done attitude and I couldn't have been more thankful for her courage and her team! He looooooves to go see his groomer, Brenda. They use the best products and have safe, appropriate sized, clean kennels. They clean with antivirals that kill the diseases that could kill your dog yet, they are harmless to your dog. My dog smells sooooo good after his bath, and he stays cleaner and fluffier longer. He prances round like a prince when I pick him up because he knooooows he's a Rockstar!!!! I dropped my dog off and ran errands in town because they said it would take 2 hours for them to groom. I called 2 hours later to see if he was ready and they said it would be another hour. So an hour later I showed up and my dog wasn't even done! The lady that I specifically made an appointment with had apparently left for the day to do something. And some random girl was now cutting my dogs hair. I waited for almost another hour in the shop for her to finish cutting his hair. So four hours later I have an anxious dog, with cuts all over his legs and belly. I will never go back to this place. read more

This was my first time here and Pamela C cut Sergio's hair, she gave him the teddy bear cut but I asked for his body to be cut down a little shorter due to the fact that it has been extremely hot. I am more than happy with this hair cut and couldn't have expected a better job. She did amazing. My appointment was at 9am and Sergio was ready around 10:20am. Very bad experience! I brought my terrier in and asked them specifically to not cut off his beard, they chopped it off anyway! Terrier are supposed to have a terrier cut. They didn't know how to do that. They just shaved all his hair off. I will never take him there again! read more
