Fantastic service! Our Labrador Retriever Max was picked up and dropped off which made it very convenient. Additionally, the business owner sent us video and pictures of Max so we felt comfortable and knew he was doing okay. When Max came back his coat looked great and he had no loose hair, which is saying something considering he's a lab! He also got his own personalized bandana and smelled and looked great. Really wanted to use them since they have a good rating. I can't rate them on how they took care of my dog but I can rate that they are horrible at communicating. I tried contacting them numerous times with no luck. I called but can't leave a voicemail. I texted when they texted what looks to be an automatic response. No luck there either. They finally did respond hours later which looked promising but then again fell off with no response. I asked if there was availability to board my pet and they responded with "Yes" and I thought good and asked "what's next" do I meet you somewhere? Do I take him to your place? What do I need to do? Is it better to call? Basically begging for them to take care of my dog because of their good reviews. I was asking about where to take my dog because this would be the first time boarding him and wanted somewhere that would be good.
