Desiree did a great job w/ Kosmo nothing but friendly vibes upon drop off had a great sense that she is a true animal lover, we discussed kosmos haircut beforehand and she delivered. She was very friendly and communicative, also very flexible to my schedule. One more thing that was super cool was Kosmo got his very own custom bandanna!

Our Fur Baby so happy after his pampering. ‍

Highly recommend RPZ!!! Zeus was pampered Beverly Hills style and it didn't cost a fortune. Our fur baby even got his own personalized bandana!!! He was even picked up and dropped off and we were kept informed of the progress being made. I wish I would have taken a before picture, but believe me when I say, he really needed this session. Thank you so much for squeezing us in on a Sunday. We'll definitely take our baby back to you anytime. ‍

Desiree has a great personality and you can tell this is her passion. She did a wonderful job on my babies! She even tops off the groom with a special bandanna with their names on it. What a awesome thing to do! My dogs already miss her, haha! She definitely earns her dues as my 2 babies were a bit hairy scary! Thank you Desiree, you are our new groomer and it only took 2 years to find you! We've been to about 5 in this area and am happy to have found you. You Rock!!

The handsomest boy in town! All because of Desiree! A perfect groom, from the perfect groomer! She's the BEST!

Finding the dog groomer can be a harrowing experience... and we experienced it first-hand. We tried so many and were constantly let-down, disappointed, and frustrated. Then one day the clouds parted and the Dog Grooming Angel (Desiree) answered our prayers. Since then we've been overjoyed with her in every way.. She is the best Groomer you'll ever encounter. We promise you and swear by her. She actually listened (!) to us and our requirements/requests before it even started; we didn't feel rushed. She was so kind through it all. Our Moses (Mosey), a 16 lb. Doxy-Terrier mix never looked as good as he did after one session with her! We were so delighted with her attention to detail (including great nail cut), how experienced she was (she knows her stuff), and how she was happy and loving the experience right along with us! Look no further... you found the greatest groomer ever!

This is the second time we've had our dogs groomed by Desiree and she has done awesome both times! The attention she gives to Jameson and Abby is exceptional... she even makes personalized bandanas for them :) Exceptional service, great communication and apparent love for animals! Thank you!!

So so so impressed and happy with my dog's first grooming experience. We took him to Petco and paid more than we did here at RPG and we are way more satisfied with RPG. You can tell she took her time, gave a lot of care and attention to detail. My dog looks like a whole other dog. So grateful to have found a new groomer who I will continue to support and go to! She even made him a custom bandanna with his name on it! Thank you thank you thank you.

Our pup got his first bath. Wasn't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. They came to our house to pick him up and came back fresh and love his new bandana. She was super friendly and had very good communication.

Absolutely amazing work, I am so impressed with the customer service and the quality of work! She literally fixed my pups terrible grooming from a previous groomer I went to a week ago. We are so happy with how she left our dog and will continue to go to her. She keeps you updated and is so good with pets and her prices are very good. Highly recommend them! 10 stars!

Axel with his new personal bandanna she made for him

First time with Rockabilly Pets, I have a French bulldog that I needed to board and because my dog hates riding in cars I couldn't go down the hill where I have used a dog boarding business before. With Axel I didn't want him to struggle with riding that far in car because time before he had full blown panic attack. I left a message and they got back with me right away with information I needed. I also chose to have them pick my dog up because I had read other reviews and felt confident with having them come to pick him up. Owner is Very nice and was good with my dog while here. They were good with my flexible dates. I had them groom him while there and did a good job. They brought him back when we got back and my dog was in great mood when he came home. I will use them aga

AMAZZING AMAZZING SERVICE! Only groomer I'll use when I'm in the area. They pick up your dog AND Drop off for free!! I'm amazed at the service. She popped the anal glands too no extra charge! The lady is so so sweet too!! She even embroiders the dogs name on a tag and puts it on them. Seriously try her out. You won't regret it!

Petra in the San Bernardino Mountains

I have been taking my service dog Petra there for a few years. I actually found them before they moved up to Victorville, and they are the only ones I can trust to do an excellent job. Most of the other places I have taken him to wouldn't do a good job at deShedding; there would still be a good amount of hair that would fall off when they finished with him. With Desiree, he doesn't lose hair at all when I pick him up (well, for like 5 mins before he starts shedding again ). I live in San Bernardino, and I always say it is definitely worth the 20-30 minute drive.

My best friend (Sunshine) had mats and looked like a cotton ball, she came back super happy and looked like a whole new dog! I would definitely recommend coming here, she was so nice to my dog. Coming here for the next cut for sure!

Is this place still open?,I looked up the address on here and ended up taking me to a Chase bank. Tried to call the number and no one answered.

Hello there , yes we are open. I really can not tell you why it would take you to a chase bank. The address isn't even listed. Well I apologize for that, I did take a couple personal days due to pulling my back. But I am taking appointments still.… Read more

At the same time, we were seeing our dog being posted on Instagram more than we were getting direct updates, even after we asked for them. She pinned Chorizo on her Instagram, in the number one post slot, while we hadn't heard from her in three days and didn't even know he was going on a field trip. This was especially difficult for my wife, who had recently lost her father and was already going through a lot. Being separated from our dog was hard on her. We asked multiple times for updates so we could reassure her, but it never felt like we were getting the same level of feedback other reviewers experienced. The training experience didn't match what we expected. Recall still needs work, and "place" became more confusing. Before, he would go where I pointed. Now he tries multiple spots and flinches (expecting a stim), even after we bought him a cot. We asked Cari to introduce Chorizo to our e-collar (EZ Educator). During the consultation, she mentioned that he would learn recall and other commands to near perfection before the e-collar was introduced, and that vibration would be used before stim. The handoff only showed e-collar stim commands, and vibration was not introduced. His recall without the e-collar still needs work. We never received a clear breakdown of what he was working on during the program and mostly followed his progress through Instagram. After pickup, I had to follow up just to get a list of commands. The handoff felt rushed. He was exhausted, it was a hot day, and she had forgotten a water bowl, so a lot of the time was spent just letting him drink water. There was no follow-up afterward to see how he was doing. A few hours after getting him back that Friday, we took him to a groomer who pointed out a cracked toenail down to the quick and irritation on his neck from his e-collar. The groomer said the irritation looked like burns from an e-collar that hadn't been rotated and advised us to monitor his paw to make sure it didn't get worse. We took it easy and avoided taking him out while he healed, but by Tuesday his paw started bleeding. We notified Cari and let her know we would be taking him to the vet after my scheduled surgery. I had carpal tunnel release surgery on both hands that Wednesday, and I took him to the vet while recovering on Thursday. He developed an infection and a fever that required sedation, nail removal, and stitches. This whole experience is not what we expected after reading her Yelp reviews. Even trying to work things out with Cari regarding the vet bills, after we negotiated the cost down with the vet and insurance covered a significant portion, was disappointing. We weren't asking for everything, just something fair. The procedure cost about $900 if the dog is sedated. We asked her to participate $350-$380. She offered $100. When I told her that Chorizo was at the vet because his paw was bleeding, her response was, "Ok thank you for the update." We weren't able to reach an agreement and were told, by Cari, that small claims court would be the best way to resolve it, which is what we are now pursuing. Regarding our training equipment, we also had to follow up on two leashes and e-collar prongs that weren't returned after the program. She told my wife she broke the retractable leash and would send a replacement right away, but a week and a half later we still haven't received confirmation that it's been sent. (Edit: retractable leash and prongs received 3/31 via Amazon Prime.)

It was really important for us to create a safe, structured environment, and this ended up being one of the best decisions we've made. Cari kept us informed the entire time, always updating us on his progress and how he was doing. That alone gave us so much peace of mind. When we got Cash back, he was like a completely different dog. The transformation was amazing. Everywhere we go now, people compliment how well-behaved he is, and we always make sure to give credit to Cari and the incredible work she did with him. Also, a huge shoutout to her husband! I know he was a little intimidated by our big fur baby at first, but he still showed up with patience, care that meant a lot to us. We're beyond grateful for everything they did for Cash. Most importantly, we're so happy to have him as part of our family now with confidence and peace of mind. If you're considering training for your dog, I highly recommend Cari. I was referred to Anthony by a couple of people and after reading his reviews I decided to hire Anthony. Through the process, Anthony kept in communication with me on Penny's progress. Five days prior to her training completion Anthony sent a message via text informing me that Penny possibly sprained her paw/ankle jumping off one of the obstacles courses he had her on. I was set back at first because agility training wasn't agreed upon or part of Penny's program. My understanding is that the obstacle courses are used for agility training which was not part of her 5 week course. He informed me that she was putting a little bit of pressure on it, but because she was not crying and still eating and drinking he believed it was a good sign. He advised me how the same thing happened to his dog and it was ok after a week and that was why he suspected it was just a sprain and didn't think she needed to go to the vet. As an experienced trainer I trusted his judgment because I was not physically there in person to see her behavior. Upon arriving to pick her up; as he brought her out she wasn't putting any pressure on her back right leg at all, only when he asked her to sit. Due to her injury Anthony thought it would be best if we did her last two hour sessions another day. He informed me that we would go over the training he completed with Penny once she got better. Upon leaving Anthony due to the injury and pain I can see on Penny's face I didn't feel right driving six hours back home without getting her examined so I decided to take her to a near by emergency vet. Penny was diagnosed with a dislocated hip and fracture. The vet informed me that if he had brought her in the day of the incident, they could have popped her hip back in. Given that time had passed they had to perform two procedures and now her recovery is to be crated/confined and heavily medicated with little to no activity for 8-12 weeks hoping the procedure is successful. After 8 weeks of recovery, the vet will examine her by X-ray to rule out having to perform a total hip replacement. When I updated Anthony on Penny's condition after her first vet visit, he responded.. "Poor penny I didn't think it would be her hip. I'm so sorry this happened I've never had a dog get hurt before" Afters Penny's procedure, I sent Anthony an update and informed him what was completed and what Penny had to go through. I also asked if he could possibly refund me for the training because in my mind I thought it was the right thing to do since it was only a fraction of the total costs of vet visits and her surgery. He never responded, called or text. This all happened within the week of picking up penny on May 27, 2023 and the last I heard from him was on June 13th. Penny's next appointment in August will determine if she needs a hip replacement. It has been almost two months since the first procedure and her behavior has worsened. She is now more anxious, timid and afraid of being left alone. The vet bills alone have already exceeded the price of training. Due to her pain and suffering she did not retain any of her training. The reason for my review is to warn others of the kind of trainer you will be working with. I would have at least expected a return call or text from Anthony. I never expected a full refund but I did expect him to be professional and at least offer a solution instead he turned his back and disregarded us. Definitely not a trainer I would recommend to anyone.
