I asked the driver if they had any suggestions, and he said, "Well, you could let us fix it." I didn't know they had a shop as well as a towing business. I agreed. The others wanted me to call them rather than being proactive. I provided the vin and the quote was 60% less than the dealer. I spoke with Caleb, and we added more things to do. During the maintenance, he sent photos of his work. I live pretty close to him. He was able to take my car in the night before and he delivered the vehicle back to me completed. It is difficult to find an honest mechanic who isn't trying to scalp you. It is also difficult to find a mechanic that has fair pricing. I recommend Fix All Auto, LLC. They always take time to talk with you and explain what the problem is in detail, answer any questions you have and offer suggestions on how to make the problem better and what to look out for in the future.
