I asked the driver if they had any suggestions, and he said, "Well, you could let us fix it." I didn't know they had a shop as well as a towing business. I agreed. I called the following day and they were able to tell me what was wrong and give me an estimate. They said the car would be ready on Tuesday. They were however able to get it done on Monday. The others wanted me to call them rather than being proactive. I provided the vin and the quote was 60% less than the dealer. I spoke with Caleb, and we added more things to do. During the maintenance, he sent photos of his work. I live pretty close to him. He was able to take my car in the night before and he delivered the vehicle back to me completed.
