Steve the owner changed the price on my invoice after I couldn't afford a $500 charger. I asked him why my service price went up just because I didn't purchase a retail item and he said it needed to be $400 because he decided that and I had to pay in cash. He also said I wouldn't get my golf cart back unless it was paid in cash. I was also forgotten about after scheduling a service pick up and this whole thing took 3 weeks when it should have been a few days. I do not recommend using them. Go to affordable carts or gator carts. Save yourself the problem! read more

I lived in another state but wanted a local dealership and found B&W, Reid and Will. great company with great people. They ordered what I wanted, updated me throughout the process and then delivered it as soon as it was fully checked out by them and software updated. Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Steve and Reid Parker are not operating an ethical business. July 2024, we went to B&W to buy a new customized golf cart and ended up learning we were sold a cart that was deemed 'scrapped' by the manufacturer Club Car. Documentation confirming that the cart was not new when sold to us has been obtained and was presented to Steve Parker. Several attempts were made to fix the malfunctioning cart only to determine it is beyond repair! $17,000 for a cart that was sold and invoiced as NEW. We have given Steve Parker every opportunity to honor his legitimate business philosophy he claims to have and refund us our money. He is unwilling to comply. As a result, I have reported B & W to the attorney general, the BBB and the Florida Department of Agricultural and Consumer Services. Steve and Reid Parker should be ashamed of themselves. Impossible to think they have been in business for 51 years. We can't be the only ones. read more

STAY AWAY from this place! Steve Parker is not someone you would want to do business with and I am so surprised he is still in operation. I'm sure it's not without a lot of angry people. He picked up my cart and told me in person what the charge would be for the pickup. After sending me a quote for batteries he was almost triple what a competitor was so when I told him I wasn't going to use them doubled the price on picking up the cart. They sent their delivery guy to the wrong address and he tried to charge me for their mistake and on top of it he's just a real jerk. They are not to be trusted! A couple of months ago or so our cart began to lurch and stall out on occasion. Eventually it slowed to a stop and after some coaxing I managed to get it home. B & W picked it up and replaced all the batteries and we purchased a new charger which was the likely problem. I specifically called while they had the cart to ask them to repair the horn which hasn't worked for a long time. The horn was overlooked and still doesn't work. The cart is 8 years old and the second one we've purchased from them siince 2001. Shortly after they returned the cart it began to malfunction again. It starts and stops at will. We called to report this and were basically blown off. They were willing to pick up the cart and examine it again at our cost! When my husband tried to reason with them he received a very curt response which has always been the attitude they have shown. We will never, ever give them our business again. read more

The cart is great, runs great, looks great. Recently I called to voice concern that our batteries weren't taking water with our quick connect fill system. I purchased my first golf cart from B&W over a year ago and it has met all expectations as presented by the sales associate. I recently had the cart in for it's annual service. Sometime between pick up and delivery back to my home, the windshield was scratched. I called Reed, the service manager and pointed out my concern. He assured me he would make it right, proceeded to pick up the cart the next day and returned it within hours, windshield corrected, washed and without cost. We purchased our EZ Go cart from B & W a few years ago. Their service, when needed, has always been spectacular! My most recent experience involved the cart battery charger. I called on a Monday, during the peak of their busy season. They picked up our cart on Tuesday, repaired the charger, checked the cart and returned it on Thursday...two days later. I brought my cart in for routine service in April of this year and they called me to recommend that I need new batteries. After I got the cart back I was having a problem getting around for 18 holes. I called to complain and they picked up the cart to look it over. They phoned me saying they checked the batteries and the charger and they were in good condition. They brought the cart back and the next day when I used it I still had trouble getting 18 holes. I finally went to Affordable Golf Cart and they said they never heard of the batteries B & W installed in my cart and replaced them. I have not had one round when the new batteries have come anywhere near not letting me complete my round. I called B&W to ask for a refund and they told me that I should have let them pick up the cart again. I had already given them 3 opportunities. Why should I have to give them another? BE VERY CAREFUL WITH B&W. What you say in your reply is not true. I live I Naples full time. The golf cart did not sit unused. It was used several times a week. You never informed me of the two year warranty. When you sent the cart back you told me everything checked out but immediately after it was returned I still had the same problem of not being able to get 18 holes of golf. Had I known about the warranty I would have demanded a new set of batteries. You had the cart twice to service and you did a POOR JOB so why would I want to have you look at it again. I repeat that you NEVER told me about the warranty. You also should have told me that if I still had a problem you would do something about it. read more

Sadly I would give negative stars. We purchased a new cart in March of 2018 it was delivered to our weekend home in lake placid,fl The cart did not perform as promised, Steve did try to adjust the setting on the computer but that did not solve the issue. After many unanswered communication he did take it to his shop in June where it sat till we just went and took it back after 2 months of being strung along with fabricated texts and communications that he was working with the factory which I had been in touch with the whole time and know to be untrue. Not really sure why he was holding on to it and acting like he was doing all he could to repair when in reality he sold us the wrong cart for our needs and had no intention of making things right. His solution was that we spend 1000.00 or more to upgrade the motor. I would not recommend this business. read more

Bought my cart from B&W and they damaged the headlight & housing in delivery. After several hours of bickering and threats, they agreed to fix the headlight. However, the batteries were toast within 3 months. They charged me $300 just to diagnose dead batteries! B&W was recommended highly by three of my playing partners here at Esplanade in North Naples . I heard stories of service beyond good from my colleagues . That being said we had just bought a home and were spending a lot of money and my golf cart budget kept shrinking . What happened next was purely magical . Reed sold me the most beautiful golf cart I could imagine. A 2017 Club Car loaded really loaded with accessories and his price was better than both his larger competitors . Now I have a company in B&W that I know will service my cart , there price was again very competitive , they gave me an extended warranty as well. So you say good people good company . This is Tuesday of last week . They don't even have the vehicle . Reed and Steve , Reeds father, said they'd do everything in there power to have it for me by That Friday . Hello , Friday around 5:00 their truck pulls up to our home and drops this beautifully refurbished golf cart with new batteries , pin stripes, wood dash etc right down to Steve and Renee decals on the hood .
