I bought my own tires online without knowing how difficult it is to have customer supplied tires installed by a golf cart shop. I showed up when their tire machine was down and Jim said "it's going to be tough but we'll do it old school with manual tire changing tools, we'll get you taken care of" Not only did they do it but they did it in less than 24hrs. Attention to detail was spot on too, my new tires are directional and Jim did them perfectly. Nate was very professional and always had a smile on his face. Rattling noise in front they were supposed to come out and fix that and the parking brake and never came. 4. I had the rattle fixed by someone else but they couldn't fix the parking brake. 5. Called again and finally got them to come, brake worked TWICE. 6 Again had someone try to fix it and they said the ENTIRE gas pedal/brake assembly has to be replaced...this cart was supposedly totally refurbished I have the golf cart less then 3 months.
