The cart is great, runs great, looks great. Recently I called to voice concern that our batteries weren't taking water with our quick connect fill system. Steve tried to help me over the phone but ended up coming to the house to check it out. I appreciated the personal service and will continue to use them for our golf cart.

I had done that only 30 months ago, so I decided to go with a lithium battery ( more expensive but a 10 year warranty). They took my cart on Friday and returned it on Tuesday but forgot to connect my USB port. They took the cart back to the shop and returned it promptly with a working USB port...No charge!!!
