However what sold me with this company was a few things, , 2 of my neighbors recommended them, the ease of the transaction and the professionalism of Brett and Eric. I purchased mine in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon free of charge. Originally they said it would be Thursday or Friday, but my neighbor's cart happened to be in the shop and they had planned to deliver theirs today, so they said they'd add mine. I was so happy. When my delivery arrived my neighbors cart was not there, they said it wasn't quite ready. I thanked them and said I would have been happy to wait. Eric said, we told you today so we made sure to do that. Both Iat the business and when they drop the cart off they go over all the controls, and give you plenty of tips and tricks to maintain your cart. This was my first golf cart purchase and it was seamless. I highly recommend them.

The cart is great, runs great, looks great. Recently I called to voice concern that our batteries weren't taking water with our quick connect fill system. I had done that only 30 months ago, so I decided to go with a lithium battery ( more expensive but a 10 year warranty). They took my cart on Friday and returned it on Tuesday but forgot to connect my USB port. They took the cart back to the shop and returned it promptly with a working USB port...No charge!!!
