However what sold me with this company was a few things, , 2 of my neighbors recommended them, the ease of the transaction and the professionalism of Brett and Eric. I purchased mine in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon free of charge. Originally they said it would be Thursday or Friday, but my neighbor's cart happened to be in the shop and they had planned to deliver theirs today, so they said they'd add mine. I was so happy. When my delivery arrived my neighbors cart was not there, they said it wasn't quite ready. I thanked them and said I would have been happy to wait. Eric said, we told you today so we made sure to do that. Both Iat the business and when they drop the cart off they go over all the controls, and give you plenty of tips and tricks to maintain your cart. This was my first golf cart purchase and it was seamless. I highly recommend them.

I knew we were gonna take a loss, but they only offered me $5k on trade. The Side x Side only had 33 miles and 6 hours on it. They were way lower, by thousands than every other dealer that I got a price from. I will never buy anything from them again and suggest that you don't, as you can see how they would treat a possible returning customer. To offer almost $10k less that what I paid 6 months ago is a serious insult and a huge statement about their integrity and loyalty to their customers. They would have listed this for sale for at least $12k. I suggest you do not buy from them!
