Before I had even finished briefly explaining the stone I was looking for, she interrupted to say they couldn't help me in any way. Despite being the only customer in the store, there was zero effort made on her part to be helpful in any way. I'd recommend taking your business to a company that actually wants it.

When I told her I was only going to purchase a small amount (about 200 sq ft) for my RV, it didn't lower her level of service.
