Wrong diagnosis of the problem, primarily due to not really checking much in the irrigation system. Didn't prove where the leaks were coming from. No invoices/receipts/write ups, everything is verbal. So forget that "warranty". He asked for a picture of the valve, you would think that means he is replacing the same kind, but you get the cheapest priced valve from Home Depot. He is just some guy running a fly by night operation, not a real professional. Look elsewhere. Edit: you are basically proving my point. You're unable to diagnose the problem, because you can't even find the leak. Your "solution" is for me to keep paying labor until you figure it out? Unprofessional. A couple weeks later it quit on me again and he was quick to come and install a new timer and get everything up and running! There were lots of people offering to handle the leak, we gave Dream the job because they were offering next day service and we had used them once before. We ended up waiting 2 days before he started. He asked for half of the job up front for parts, even though the parts were nowhere near that much. Even though we dug out almost all of the valve area where the leak was, he didn't back fill the hole because the glue was still "drying" which takes 20 minutes! I would never leave a job that I didn't confirm was 100%. There was one valve that didn't have the wires hooked up! The job overall was done fine and doesn't leak, but there definitely a lack of professionalism. read more

We called him out with the expectation we needed to redo the whole system and we would have done it . Zeek explained that we really didn't need a new system but just a few repairs . I had a flooding issue from a broken sprinkler which leaked to my phone box in my front yard and my sidewalk. Zeke responded within minutes to my request on yelp. He came over and I asked him assess my entire sprinkler system. He was very honest, not pushy and said my 30 year sprinkler system could probably last another couple of years, but I liked him so much I had him redo my front yard and backyard and change one of my sprinkler manifolds. Totally exceeded my expectations in every way. As an out of town owner, I was really worried about finding a qualified irrigation professional who would do quality work at fair prices...and did I mention I needed it done on the weekends when I am in town! Well thank you Yelp, I poured over every review and Zeek with DREAM Irrigation seemed like he might fit my needs. I am thrilled to say that if you are looking for someone to repair your irrigation system and do whatever it takes to get you up and running, quickly and for a fair price...LOOK NO FURTHER. Zeek was professional, on time, and really went above and beyond to ensure that my system was in fine working order. He replaced 2 siphon valves, repiped and replaced my irrigation shut off valve, replaced my timer, as well as rebuilt my manifold. He did this all in a matter of hours. He raised the entire system to make it easier to access in the future(Zeek's idea). He was able to accommodate my very limited time frame, and did all of this at a price that I just couldn't be happier about. His estimate reflected exactly what he did, and he even educated my on how to set my timer in a friendly and courteous fashion. I have installed many sprinkler systems on my own in the past(when I was much younger!) and I have to say that I don't believe that I could have done a better job myself! The old timer was working. Even I hired someone to replace the timer, the error still shows up. This owner zeed will only know how to change timer and solenoids. Other than that, he does not know how to fix it. So do not trust him. I really am not sure do I even need to change the solenoids either. The other guy I hired even test for two Sprinker were broken in the back yard that causes the low pressure too. Zeed cannot do complicated work at all. If I can leave zero star and i absolutely will. I paid him $100 for changing 3 solenoids. Initially he charged $60 per solenoids. He did not come back cause he knew he is overcharged and does not thing he can solve the problem. read more
