So I went to see if they wanted them but they told me that they needed to be washed first. This was understandable so I went and had them dry cleaned and dropped them off which cost me $100. They told me that I had to come pick them up before the 90 days were up. So I went to see what was sold and what wasn't. To my surprise they had only sold one of my dresses, and returned only two. In all I lost 7 dresses which they told me we're "donated" before the given time. I was furious, but I didn't want to blow it out of proportion , so I swallowed my anger. I recently went to the store and saw my dresses were still on sale. These people are disgusting and use underhanded business tactics and if you have an option to not come near this place. On top of that the employees had a terrible attitude the whole time and acted towards me as if I were going to steal at any moment. They sell used clothes not glass chandeliers.

Lisa's attention to detail was amazing and she volunteered to be the day of coordinator for the wedding--which she did perfectly. As a retired military chaplain, I have done my fair share of weddings. Lisa and her staff gave the bride undivided attention, great recommendations, and a fair price for a beautiful dress.

We emailed back and forth and I mentioned wanting to really try on a specific dress from the line. They said they didn't have that one but would see what they could do. The day of my appointments comes and I assumed they couldn't get the dress so I had given up thinking I'd be able to try it on. I walk in and the dress is hanging on the rack right in front! They had it shipped in and surprised me with it. I actually cried when I tried it in because it was perfect and I couldn't believe they did that for me.
