Always go to the sale rack because the employees will always direct you to the higher-priced items first which are way overpriced. The alterations were done and for the pants was told that they would cut the material but instead, they just hemmed, which I could have done myself. The altercations cost more than the jacket and pants. I will give them credit because they called and had the suite ready to go for a memorial service. Don't expect to rush in and make a purchase. Give yourself several hours due to the slow service, and this is also for when picking up after alterations are done.

She asked me where the packing slip was and I told her one didn't come. She had a smug look on her face. I don't understand that. I then said so you guys not only screwed it up twice but now you won't give me a refund you have his card why can't you do it a girl the other day did it and she said I don't know. Really great customer service Kohl's!!! I tried to call instead of yelping, but when I called nobody answers their phone, I let it ring all the way driving home and then it finally said the person at that number is not accepting calls.

With odds and ends tucked in every corner, and rooms that look like you shouldn't go in but can and are filled with antiques of all different varieties. There didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the chaos that is The Olde General Store. It was neat to look around though and see all the offerings. I loved some of the old farm tools and wished I was more artsy to create some neat repurposed projects but alas walked out with my bank account still intact.
