After contacting Roberts Septic, the driver got ahold of me right away and apologized for not being able to come out on Friday, but he (Butch, thank you Sir- you are a good man!) said he would be able to come out a lot sooner. The next visit Mike even picked up the replacement parts on his way to work the morning they came! They cleaned up after themselves after the digging they had to do, told me where and how I could get extra water quality testing done just to be extra safe, and how to flush my water lines to get everything working again as clear and fresh as possible. Willey's installed the well to our new home 8 years ago. Not only that, they lied on the permit, stating that they drilled 83 feet. We now have severe rust blockage and hardly any water flow. We have to get a new well after only being in our home for 8 years. When DNREC was notified of this fraudulent report, they did not care. They said after 3 years, they can't do anything. BEWARE! Do NOT have Willey do anything for you!!!!
