I would've had to wait 2 weeks for the other company to come out, to boot! After contacting Roberts Septic, the driver got ahold of me right away and apologized for not being able to come out on Friday, but he (Butch, thank you Sir- you are a good man!) said he would be able to come out a lot sooner. Butch called me on Monday, and he showed up within 20 minutes. He even gave me some pointers about my septic system that I was not aware of. I will call Roberts Septic for any future needs, for sure! This used to be a good company, but since the new owners took over they are just doing whatever…read morethey can to take your money. Had them here two months ago for problem with backup. We were told it was an issue with the pump so they put in a new pump $2000 (and did a lousy job had to have them back 3 days in a row). and guess what? Same problem. Now they say it's a completely different issue and want another fortune to "fix the original problem". McClellan much more reliable and trustworthy outfit!
