They misdiagnosed several times and used up our warranty and charged us out of pocket cost only for our engine light to return. I requested that he remove the bolt, drain the fluid and replace it. He said it was something he could do. So I waited inside to talk to the boss who happened to be on the phone. It was pretty busy so I was told to wait about an hour. The mechanic who took the bolt out was dedicated. He did a great job. Very thorough. Good mechanic. I give him 5 stars.
