Midwest SpeedPark was highly recommended by other Yelpers and now I see why. First of all, I love the communication. Upon booking your timeslot, you instantly get an email and text confirming your booking. You can even manage your booking if anything changes such as dates, times, or even if you're running a little bit late. Upon arrival, I love how the property is gated and you cannot get in there without a code. Cool points already as I felt my car would be secure since we had to leave it for 6 days. Once we got there, you scan a code to confirm you're there and an attendant comes out and greets you. He started unpacking our luggage to transfer them to the shuttle that would take us to the airport and then parks our car. You get a receipt to keep. After we got back from vacation and got all our luggage from baggage claim, you simply click on the link that they text you to let them know you're back and they will send a shuttle to pick you up. They will let you know which door to wait at. Once we got back to the Midway SpeedPark property, our car was ready as they already put it near the front, ready to be loaded with the luggage. It was such a seamless process that I was very impressed! I will definitely be using them again on future vacations. Please make sure to tip your driver generously as they do a great job.

We had received a $50 off coupon with our ticket purchase through Enclave and I had spoken to one of the owners, Byron, at least 3 times THREE weeks prior to New Year's Eve. He told me that our coupon was valid and that we were all set and booked. He assured me of this, saying I would also receive an email confirmation of my reservation soon. After a whole week rolls by with no email, and two weeks until New Year's, I call for a fourth time. This place lets the phone ring at least 10 times before they even bother to pick up by the way, and the owners are not available from 12-2pm since apparently they take two hour lunch breaks. So anyway, I call again and it's Byron. I tell him politely that maybe they got my email address wrong since I have not received an email confirmation yet. He goes "You'll get it at the end of the day, we're busy right now." He then HANGS UP on me! What do you know, of course I get no email at the end of the day as promised so I wait two more days for good measure and call for the FIFTH time in the week leading up to New Year's Eve. "Yea Byron's out at lunch," says some guy that picks up finally after the 9th ring ( I counted). I end up giving the employee my cell number and tell him that Byron should call me back so we can settle this whole "email confirmation" thing. The employee proceeds to tell me that if Byron told me I'm booked, then I'm booked. I tell him that Byron should call me back anyway and thank you. I never received a call back, never got the email confirmation, and clearly we were never booked because come New Year's Eve, the car never came.
