A technician/nurse numbed my nose with lidocaine upon entering saying I would be getting a nasal endoscopy...that didn't happen. I waited for over 2 hours in the office for labs to be printed. We ordered hearing aids which our insurance covered 100% if we paid up front. We did that, but the office billed our insurance as if we had not paid. The insurance company reimbursed the office the Medicare amount which was $4000 less than what we paid because they billed it wrong. I have been trying for 11 months to get them to straighten it out, and they have done NOTHING!!!!! Either the billing office is incompetent or lazy or both. This was the absolute worse doctors experience of my life. Doctor Wright is extremely unprofessional, disregarding, and as unsympathetic a doctor can possibly be. I have waited a couple of days to leave my review because i was expecting an apology from doctor Wright but that never came. On Jan.7 my RIGHT eardrum ruptured. I was then referred to this ENT to further evaluate if I would need surgery. Well I wasn't able to get an appointment with them until Jan.22 in that time my eardrum started to feel better I started to get my hearing back. I almost cancelled my appointment because it felt so good but I decided to go to my appointment just to make sure there wasn't any damage. When I get into Doctors Wrights office two women come in at first. I assumed one was the nurse and the other was a doctor. One of the ladies asked me a few questions and then asked if she could examine my ears and I said yes. She then stuck a scope that was too big into my LEFT ear not the one that ruptured. As she forced it into my ear I felt sharp pain a small pop and I told her that hurt and she stopped. My wife then asked her if she was in training and her response was oh yes I'm a med student did I not introduce myself. I didn't feel much pain after that initial exam so I didn't say much after that. Then Dr Wright came into the room. He does my exam tells me everything looks good that my eardrum drum has healed all while using inappropriate language I mean this Doctor used the F word while talking to me among many other inappropriate language but I was healed and I was happy with that so we left. Fast forward about 30 minutes later I started to get a loud ringing in the ear that the lady forced the scope into followed by some hearing loss in that ear. Mind you this is not the ear I was having issues with. So I called back up there and explained my concern to the front desk lady and she talked to Dr Wright and she said that he wanted to see me immediately back in and at that time I thought oh wow this guy cares. We went back and his assistant which was a very nice lady did my ear exam again and did a pressure test and everything was fine no damage. I told that lady very specifically that all I cared about was there wasn't any damage and we were about to leave and then came in Dr. Steven Wright. He immediately came into the room with an attitude and he did my ear exam again. While he was doing it he asked me if I went to med school and i said no sir he replied with oh I thought you said you went to Med school. I didn't really think much of the comment until he sat down and I could tell then he was being aggressive with his tone and the look on his face. He then tells me that there's nothing wrong with me so I asked him what could it be that I am starting to have issues with this ear that the med student examined and his "professional" response was that it was all in my head. He then said that I first came in proclaiming to have this giant hole in my eardrum and that there was never a hole and I was fine. I told him that I didn't tell him that but my doctor told me that and referred me to him. So I went to explain to him what happened previously with the med student and I casually pointed to the other nurse in the room to say she witnessed what happened earlier he cut me off and said first of all don't point. Admittedly I became very upset by this response and I shut down. He then said there's nothing wrong with you sir got up and gave me a very angry and stern look and sarcastically said have a good day. Not one time did he ever acknowledge what happened with the med student. He treated me as if I had done something wrong or had said something offensive to him. I was genuinely concerned for my ear because as you can imagine recovering from a ruptured ear drum is terrible. He showed zero concern for my well being and had no accountability for this missteps his med student had for me. Dr. Steven Wright is the worst doctor I have ever experienced in my life and I wouldn't recommend the ENT to anyone and will tell everyone I can how bad they are!!! read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would!! We went in about a ruptured ear drum, before Dr Wright came in there were two nurses, one which did an exam that we wasn't aware was a student. During the exam she forced the device in my husbands ear causing a popping sound followed by pain. Dr Wright came in, looked and said everything was ok. About an hour later my husband was in more pain and his hearing was being affected... so we called and drove back to the place. We wanted to make sure there was no damage done. Dr Wright's nurse helped us first was very friendly, then Dr Wright came in extremely aggressive. First asked if my husband went to med school as if we questioned him, then as my husband told him how he was in pain & heard ringing, the Dr Wright told him it was all in his head... totally disregarded what was done to him and who done it. As my husband pointed to another nurse that was present the first time, Dr Wright said first of all don't point...as if we're not adults. Also using inappropriate swearing language during this exam. THIS IS NOT OK!! We were genuinely concerned the med student had damaged his ear & Dr Wright did not care at all. We were completely shocked a "professional" would speak to his patients in that manner. We as patients go to drs for help, not to be treated SO poorly & disrespected. Dr Wright definitely isn't a Dr that cares about his patients. We will do everything in our power to make sure there are repercussions & hope no one else has to go through what we went through!! We have never been treated so terrible by a professional ever! read more

It took them 2 weeks to finally call me to tell me about my allergy results. They clearly don't care about their patients and try to get through as many as possible. It also bothers me because the MA told me the reason it took so long was because she had to rerequest the fax for the labwork results-- this would be believable if I didn't work at the lab where I got my blood drawn from. The doctor goes in and out as fast as he can and it feels like you have to drag him down to get any questions answered. Overall, a bad experience! read more
