About a week went by and they still did not respond with an estimate. When I told them I really needed an estimate right away they replied that they were unable to service and "uninterested". I have no idea why they went from very responsive to uninterested in such a short period of time. I would not recommend them due to this initial issue with just getting an estimate and their sort of snide remarks. Too bad. I was looking forward to working with a veteran owned company!!
