As a result I have two visible pinholes in each of my girls dresses, which I now have to talk to photographer to edit out of the photos, since the marks are front and center. You would think It would be common sense to not put pins in visible sight. Furthermore, the pricing was insanity for what we got done. I will never use this cleaner again and would not recommend anyone else do so either. This had nothing to do with covid, just not using common sense. They made the dresses worse than when I dropped them off.

When picking it up I saw that it wasn't fixed and was told they dont do alterations. But I still got charged for a cleaning. Never gonna back there even again.
