They are a true mom and Pop outfit, two people who are artists and who do their work with deep passion, not some big corporation that's out for your money. They reached out to me immediately after I contacted them on yelp. We texted back-and-forth with what my needs are. They closely examined all of my photos. They arrived promptly to examine my bathroom at home and the very same day dismantled it and took everything with them. Within just a few weeks, they were back better than you. Unprofessional Company / Access Cabinets did an insurance kitchen project for us back in 2018 for…read moreapprox. $18,000. Years have gone by an some of the veneer that was used is coming off the side of the cabinets. Total 11 SF. Greg the owner refused to replace it with the correct product which should have been 3/4" walnut plywood. Everyday we see this defect is just a reminder of it is not about the customer. It is about money. They had their installer come out multiple times to complete their work as upper cabinets were sagging off the wall and needed more screws and caulking and not securing the lower cabinets among other items. They had to replace a cabinet above the stove that the installer didn't install it properly and had to remake another one and I had to help him install it the correct way. Greg refuses to correct the defective veneer because he got cheap on material. Don't even think about using this company. I'm a general contractor and never thought I would be treated this way by another "contractor". "When people show you who they are, believe the first time". I know what a F#$@KED Up job looks like.
