I just had a very last minute business trip divert me to Keystone Colorado. I hired B-Line Xpress to shuttle me up to the conference. They were "Johnny on the spot" with the last minute arrangements. They had a car ready to go, when I arrived. (my flight was also an hour delayed, and the driver waited for me). The driver, Woody, was a professional, helpful and courteous. He helped with my bags, had water in the car ready to go and just made the last leg of my trip very comfortable and relaxing. The car itself was beautiful, clean and well kept. I think we had the newest Lincoln Navigator. Nice, sleek, quiet and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed (such as Wifi and Satellite Radio). It was awesome. Ironically, I had just flown in from Las Vegas and used a private limo service there to the airport. B-Line was far superior in both comfort and service. On a recent ski trip my family utilized B-Line Xpress for our round-trip ground transportation. While there were several companies to choose from in the central Colorado Rocky region, a quick visit to various websites and a conversation with the hotel Concierge confirmed B-Line would enhance our vacation experience. As an avid traveler i can say from experience that from the B-Line reservation folks to the drivers, the experience was fantastic. As an added bonus the vehicle we rode in (Denali with satellite dish, XM/Sirius radio, and multiple TV's) was exceptionally clean and sure made the 2 hour drive from Denver an absolute pleasure for my family. Oh, 1 more awesome experience is worth noting; The driver had selected a children's channel on the satellite TV prior to our pickup in Denver. We took a trip out to Vail last November and originally we were concerned about the 2 hour trip from Denver airport to the mountains as there was a huge snow storm. (Georgia resident :) ). But, as soon as we landed we were put at ease as we immediately got a text from our "chauffeur", Jeremy. He gave us seamless instructions on where to meet. Soon as we walked out of our baggage claim he was standing in front of a shiny black sprinter van with a welcoming smile on his face. He offered us water, snacks and made sure we were all comfortable. Which we WERE! Smooth drive from there to Vail where we forgot about the storm until we arrived safely to our hotel and saw the powder everywhere! This is absolutely the best car service I have ever booked! Absolutely spotless SUV with terrific communication and on-time service. Very professional- driver was extremely helpful and friendly! My family and I went to Vail last February. We arrived into Denver late at night in a blizzard. We were very concerned for the journey in bad weather. Once finally settling in our private car, the service was impeccable. Kid's watched Movies, I worked on business using their wi-fi, and the wife rested easy once she met our chauffeur Ben. On our most recent visit, we were flying out of Denver airport only to realize we had left one very important piece of luggage at the hotel in Vail (Which was now two hours away).
