I booked an airport run 24 hours in advance for 6am flight out of Vail/Eagle. The quoted price was $300 / $250 + 50 mandatory tip. We did this because all Taxis were booked and there aren't many Ubers in Vail. The driver never showed up and all we got from "Dispatch" was a "Sorry sir" We missed our flights and due to current airline conditions we had to stay 2 more days in Vail and I missed a very important business meeting costing me uncounted amounts of money THIS SERVICE IS AWFUL - DO NOT USE read more

The customer service was great on the phone. The driver was very nice, on time, and safe!

Punctual service. Be sure to look at the invoice. For example I was charged $695 + a "standard gratuity" of $139. I guess I missed this in my initial phone call. I tipped the driver and took a look at the trip sheet that was sent yesterday. The drivers are relying on tips and my hunch is that the business is keeping the 20% "standard gratuity" as if it were more so a fee rather than a tip. Just plan on the word "gratuity" being changed to the word "fee" and still tipping the driver on top of this. They have a captive audience in the mountains but the ethics in the billing method leave something to be desired. Plan on an "all inclusive" price of $834 really not being inclusive. Add a 20% tip to the invoice in cash or Venmo and you'll really get where you need to be. Come on guys, y'all know what you're doing. Bill it properly. read more

The pick from Eagle was great but the return ride never showed up, there was no explanation, and no attempt to send another car. Fortunately they did refund the return trip and the hotel was able to take me to the airport but inexcusable for the price that you pay. read more

Top-tier operation! We booked with them for transportation from Breckinridge to Denver Airport with a drop off along the way. Our driver Michael and his trainee Rudy were punctual, courteous and helpful. They easily accommodated the drop off along the way. The roads were pretty nasty and Micheal was an excellent driver! I even left a bag on the seat and they brought it back to me. What service! No doubt we would book with them again. read more

Absolutely hands down one of the best car services I have even used. Our flight was delayed 6 hrs out of SFO and we missed our connector to Eagle. We called and they sent Bob to Denver to pick us up and without question he was there to pick us up even when we arrived at 11:45pm. I called here on the 23rd of December and asked if a suv was available from Edwards to Denver on the 27 th, and what the cancellation policy was. I was not trying to book a ride just yet, as I was just gathering info. I thought the guy who took my call was very rude to me and said "what are you trying to accomplish? if you are even thinking about canceling, I don't want to take the reservation and that it was the busiest day of the year. I got people calling me every two minutes". He finally told me they had a 24 hour notice cancellation policy and 50 percent would be lost. He could have just answered my question and kept all that rhetoric to himself. I was just trying to gather info to present to my passengers before I called them, as the weather was looking bad on my departure date in eagle and I was trying to get my passengers to depart out of Denver instead. I was so off put by him that after I talked to my passengers, I booked through another company with a 100 percent loss of the $750 if the ride was cancelled in less than 24 hours. The guy who took my call sounded like a rude New Yorker. I was shocked by his attitude. Thanks but no thanks. You need to learn some people skills. read more

I was very disappointed after scheduling and paying for a pickup and drop off from Denver to Vail with Eagle Vail Express. I was told that my family would be picked up at 8:15 from our hotel to make it in time to Denver for our flight. I actually had that time on the receipt as well. I called at 8:15 a.m. and the owner seemed confused. He called me back and stated he put the time in incorrectly and our driver would be there at 8:45. The driver then told us that he just got a call to come and pick us up. I would never use them again. read more

Not a big reviewer but these folks need someone to highlight their inadequacies. Booking was easy, phone service was kind and helpful, driver was on time. However, I paid a premium to have a specific vehicle that was in their fleet. I got picked up in a conversion van that was no different than what my hotel was offering at 1/7 the price. Not happy with this but not concerned about it I inquired about getting the vehicle I paid for on my return trip. I was told a different vehicle (lower in the class I paid for) was arriving instead. I expressed my discontent yet, the lesser vehicle arrived. I tried to call on my return to see if there is anything that can be done and no answer but was greeted with a text asking if I wanted to book another ride. I again expressed my want to talk with someone for resolution and nothing. Good if you want to be picked up on time and the vehicle doesn't matter. Extremely poor at meeting pretty simple expectations in terms of delivering what is paid for. Also of note, there wasn't any weather that week to speak of so any suggestions made that it is the result of Colorado snow is not accurate. read more

I highly recommend Eagle Vail Express. They were extremely professional and punctual. I used them for my wedding and couldn't have been more pleased. Matt was very easy to work with. He would answer calls and emails almost immediately. They supplied two suburbans and one sprinter van all of which were in impeccable condition. My driver in particular went above and beyond. He drove us for our pictures with the photographer prior to the ceremony and even went as far to help us as to hold my stuff and clean my husband's shoes. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! They confirmed a quote 3 times (one even verbally) to then tell me (after I called for an unrelated issue with the phone number listed on the confirmation) that they made a mistake and the price was actually more than double of what they had confirmed already (3 times). I can understand companies make mistakes, but I was expecting we could negotiate a mid point and also being treated with respect because it was THEIR mistake ...but the owner was so freaking rude....told me "LADY I AM A BUSY MAN AND HAVE NO TIME FOR DRAMA" he said that he had triple A whatever and I could just take it or leave it. If that is how the owner will treat his customers when his people make BIG mistakes the that is certainly a company I would NEVER recommend. read more
