I was trying to schedule for 3/10 and she said she would call back in a few minutes to let me know if possible. I never heard back until I emailed on 3/8 and was told them by them I was booked for 3/17 between 11 - 2PM. At 1:42 during their arrival window I received an email from Amazon I had been cancelled by the Joy's. I called Joy's to thank them for wasting 3 hours of my day sitting around and wondered why they did not reach out to me directly. The male I spoke with was rude and tried to tell me they tried to contact me but did not have my number (Odd as I talked to Sarah from Joy's a few times.) Glad they were never in my house if this is the type of organization they run. After reading some more reviews on Joy's it appears he uses the same excuse several times for his last minute cancellations. "They were in a car accident." Update - Armando is now texting me at 2:30 in the morning harassing me. He also messaged me on Facebook calling me a "Piece of $h!t"

He offered me a free cleaning as a compensation which I did not take him up on. It's a month later and I'm checking Yelp and apparently I got a message from Armando asking me to get a job and calling me b*tch. I understand his frustration, but this is unnecessary and petty on his part. This was an honest review and I stand by it. Him failing to show up caused me a lot of stress that day and I could not get anything done. How good of a service does he offer, I still don't know. But I don't like to deal with unprofessional people that understand the difference between business and personal. I got charged ahead of time for a service he did not provide. Him insulting me us a good reflection of why I would not use his services again
