Used Yelp to help me with cleaning service - really like that it offers several quotes. I'm a single mom with three kids and needed the help. Vik I believe her name was seemed helpful in the messages. I liked the detailed description sheet, my only con was the cleaners were over 45 minutes late which someone else mentioned. You probably shouldn't give an appointment slot and just provide a window time. Between 1-2pm or 4-5, etcetera. I did not do the deep cleaning because I didn't have time to organize the bedrooms. They did the downstairs and both of my bathrooms. The bathrooms were done really really well. They cleaned the kitchen too, and I can't even believe they washed and put a sink full of dishes in the dishwasher and unloaded my dishwasher, that was a significant lift. I have hardwood floors all throughout and I couldn't really tell if they mopped the floors or not. I saw some stains that were inside before I left and still there when I came back. That and the tardiness is the only reason why I won't give it five stars. read more

The two girls that came to clean were friendly, but arrived 30 minutes late. Overall, they did a good job cleaning our home after some construction and painting. There was a language issue when I requested a few things. They vacuumed our floors, but I was disappointed that they didn't use a mop and water...just a Swiffer wet mop. I also had to point out things they missed in several rooms. There was a drip of paint on our tub and they wouldn't clean it. I went online and got info on how to clean it myself! They are supposed to be the cleaning experts. They could have tried and looked out up. That is why I have to give them 3 stars. read more

I hired them for a deep cleaning on a new home that had been renovated. There was so much dust from the wood floors being put in plus previous owners were not the cleanest. Raccoon Cleaning sent 2 ladies over and they tackled the whole house leaving it so nice and clean! December 5th appointment Ladies who came to clean could hardly speak or understand english. I told them to use a damp cloth and then a dry cloth on glass tables. They wanted to use a glass cleaner but I said no because it would tarnish the brass on the tables. So they only used a dry cloth which only moved the smears around. After they mopped the kitchen floor there were still ares with stains. The company profile on Yelp listed "Takes credit cards" as an amenity for the business and I told Olha that I was paying with a credit card in an email. When I tried to pay with my Visa I was told they could not take it. I paid in cash and when I asked for a receipt. After several texts and phone calls (I assume to the office) I was told they would email me a receipt. It is now 10 days later and I still have no communication from them. read more

Two service appointments ago, the crew left a damp mop on my hardwood floor resulting in a white stain. I telephoned, calling this to their attention, but didn't receive an answer. When the latest crew came, I both explained the problem to them and called the office. The latest crew compounded the problem by adding a SECOND white stain to my floor! Olha, the supervisor, came and said that because this new crew created the same damage, it was not their fault but the fault of my equipment (a Shark steam cleaner that I had been using for 10 years). The difference is that I'm not stupid enough to leave the wet pad SITTING on the floor! I respectfully disagreed, but Olha was adamant. At that point, I had no other option than to ask them to leave and never return. Compounding the company's problems is that they started sending random people instead of my original crew. My house has certain "peculiarities" that need to be learned and respected. Sending new people every time is taxing on me (educating--through the Ukrainian language barrier--and monitoring). Unless you speak Ukrainian, this isn't the maid service for you. read more

Hired for a move in clean, maybe I didn't book the right service but wasn't anything spectacular, still a lot of things that had to be re cleaned. a handful of kitchen cabinets were not even touched inside, outsides of cabinets were noticeably not cleaned, baseboards were not cleaned. $300 for 3 1/2 hours for 2 people. I have been using this service for quite a while now and have been very happy. Some of my favorite things is that they are very predictable. They let you know what time they're coming a couple days in advance and they come on time which makes it easy to predict your day. A couple of my favorite things is that they supply all the cleaning equipment and material so I don't have to worry about keeping track of what I'm running out of or not. Also, I don't know what kind of vacuum cleaner they're using, but I can tell you it does an amazing job. It's always easy to communicate with them when you send a text. Average, to say the best, and that might be too good.. They sent two cleaners to my home today, to put it mildly, it was disappointing. When they vacuumed the carpets, they went around everything, they did not move anything, they didn't vacuum under anything. Same with cleaning, wiping the kitchen floor, they didn't wash my kitchen floor, all they did was to use a sweeper. And they swept debris under the gas range (see photo).
