It was two ladies from Ukraine who didn't speak a lot of English but they understood my requests and did a great job. I was disappointed that they didn't get to everything (We still needed our family room and our hardwood stairs mopped) but they said they were booked for 2-1/2 hours and time was up. Even after explaining surgery and my need for help, today again 90 minutes late. Cleaning teams change regularly and have to be re educated to how to clean. Vik I believe her name was seemed helpful in the messages. I liked the detailed description sheet, my only con was the cleaners were over 45 minutes late which someone else mentioned. You probably shouldn't give an appointment slot and just provide a window time. Between 1-2pm or 4-5, etcetera. I did not do the deep cleaning because I didn't have time to organize the bedrooms. They did the downstairs and both of my bathrooms. The bathrooms were done really really well. They cleaned the kitchen too, and I can't even believe they washed and put a sink full of dishes in the dishwasher and unloaded my dishwasher, that was a significant lift. I have hardwood floors all throughout and I couldn't really tell if they mopped the floors or not. I saw some stains that were inside before I left and still there when I came back. That and the tardiness is the only reason why I won't give it five stars. read more

There was a language issue when I requested a few things. They vacuumed our floors, but I was disappointed that they didn't use a mop and water...just a Swiffer wet mop. I also had to point out things they missed in several rooms. There was a drip of paint on our tub and they wouldn't clean it. I went online and got info on how to clean it myself! December 5th appointment Ladies who came to clean could hardly speak or understand english. I told them to use a damp cloth and then a dry cloth on glass tables. They wanted to use a glass cleaner but I said no because it would tarnish the brass on the tables. So they only used a dry cloth which only moved the smears around. After they mopped the kitchen floor there were still ares with stains. The company profile on Yelp listed "Takes credit cards" as an amenity for the business and I told Olha that I was paying with a credit card in an email. When I tried to pay with my Visa I was told they could not take it. I paid in cash and when I asked for a receipt. After several texts and phone calls (I assume to the office) I was told they would email me a receipt. It is now 10 days later and I still have no communication from them. read more
