I've been a customer of EcoBubbles for almost a year. I love how they clean my house and I think that the cost is affordable and comparable to other services. At our old house we had a different service, which I always thought was just fine, but EcoBubbles does a much better job. My house just glows after they have come. The floors and counters shine. I have one big dog and two very little kids so it can be challenging for me to straighten up before they come. Thankfully they are understanding about my mess. They come just once a month, but if I could afford it I would have EcoBubbles come every other week. Sometimes I'm at home for part of the cleaning and other times I'm not at home. They work so hard to make my house sparkle! I think a lot of people hesitate to get a service to clean their house because they think that only they themselves could clean to the level of quality they enjoy. Personally, I find that EcoBubbles cleans to a higher level of quality than I can reach. And one bonus is that instead of me doing a bathroom on one day and a kitchen the next, EcoBubbles cleans the whole house all at once. It's worth every penny to have the whole house clean in one day. Ela came and did our first inital clean last week and I'm still amazed! She was friendly, detailed and our house has never looked better. From the lemon-y smell of their cleaning products to our bedrooms looking like they just got a fresh coat of paint- each room was spotless. We have 2 black dogs and 3 people living in our townhome, so it is no small feat to get all of those dustbunnies. I appreciate Annas attempt to cover herself on yelp, but the truth is, instead of calling me and apologizing, which would have created a better customer service experience, she texted me to request I increase my rating for her on yelp so she doesn't lose customers and potential business. This would have been a fair request if she just apologized and actually made up for her mistakes. I stand by my original review, and would still not recommend her to anyone. She didn't finish the job, even though she took six hours of our Saturday. We told her from the start she would need help, but she refused to bring additional resources because she probably wanted to take home a higher check. To top it all off, she attempted to take advantage of our situation when we had a family emergency, by trying to raise her price on us by 20 dollars. Bad, bad, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Anyhow, hire at your own risk. Also, if you read this Anna, instead of trying to cover your mistakes, I suggest that you admit to them and do something to save a customer rather than pretend everything was perfect, which ultimately will make you lose a customer permanently. read more

After having a few not so great experiences with other companies, I came across this page on Yelp. The reviews were positive, so I decided to call Anna and set up a 1 time cleaning, to try it out. She sent over one of her girls, also named Anna, and we were very pleased! We started with 1x a month cleaning and quickly moved to every 2 weeks, because we were so impressed with Anna! Was initially satisfied with the service from this company. However, after no cleaning after 6 months they wanted to charge me double to clean my home! They stated I would be treated as a new client and would not get my past rate. They also do take a very long time to clean homes! Make sure you have plenty of time for service you will need it! Outstanding job every time! I have used Anna and her team for the last couple of years for special occasions. It doesn't matter who comes, the house always looks spotless. With a 2 and 3 year old I have some tough food spots on the wood floor and I am always pleasantly surprised how great the floor looks when they are done. Anna has been cleaning our home for almost a year and I can honestly say she is the best. Prior to finding Anna I went through a handful of cleaning services that I was always disappointed in. Finding Anna was absolutely awesome. She and her partner were reliable, trustworthy and excellent at their job. I could tell they took care and pride in their work. I always looked forward to coming home after they had come. I have two dogs and two kids (no small job!) and yet she always had our home very clean & even organized within a couple hours. On some visits she would even clean our downstairs (we had not requested this on a regular basis) without extra charge. She has affordable prices and does excellent work. She is also flexible with her scheduling. On occasions when I needed to change our regular time slot, she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. I have always had a cleaning lady-for 15 years, in fact. Great woman in the past, but then I moved about 4 years ago and just couldn't pull the trigger to find someone I could trust. SO- I thought I would give cleaning my home a shot-epic fail. I have 2 teenagers and now 3 cats, on top of a full time job that includes travel. I have asked for referrals, heard horror story after horror story...then I thought I would contact "The Maids," Molly maids," "Merry maids," etc...outrageous prices, and all felt super impersonal to me. I researched and researched, called and called until I found Anna-after the initial conversation I immediately felt comfortable and scheduled my first cleaning on a Saturday. (She has her own key now and I trust her to come in during the week on her own-I'm pretty sure the cats are happy to play with her when she makes the beds!) She was beyond thorough, and believe me when I tell you...she had her work cut out! I hired her IMMEDIATELY for every week! Not only do I trust her in my home, but I have given her number to family and friends. She is not only amazing at taking care of your cleaning needs- she is professional, warm, good with kids and pets, AND will communicate with you when she arrives and leaves IF you are not able to be home when she is cleaning. The cleaning was okay although mineral stains in our shower were never cleaned off even after Anna had said that she could do it. The first experience was a deep cleaning which took 4 hours and 2 people (pay for 8 hours). Where I didn't agree with her on service price is that future cleanings would be a set price and even if they completed the job 15 minutes earlier, they wouldn't do the requested cleaning that I wanted like vacuuming the basement or scrubbing the stain off the shower - it would be an extra cost. The set price per project rate after the first "hourly" cleaning was not clearly explained. They are bit on the expensive side considering 1 cleaning lady did the same house in 3 hours, while they make you pay for 2 people (4 hours). So if you are willing to pay for 4 hours while they only do 3.5 hours of work, go ahead and burn up your money. Also, I didn't like that Anna wanted the check made out to her directly instead of to the company. Lastly, I had to ask her and her partner to take off her street shoes in the house - why would you clean the floors and still where street shoes? I had previously deep cleaned the carpets because I have a crawling baby - they should have known better. I really should have considered the other bad reviews. read more
