She said I didn't need much which I thought was odd to say to someone that's paying you it doesn't matter what you think it's what I want. So I agreed to half a syringe in my lips and half in my corners of mouth and nasal folds which I barely have at 37... She starts poking my chin for what feels like forever then tells me I'm putting some here to give some projection (what?!?) then does my nasal folds and maybe three pricks of the border of my lips never even TOUCHED my actual lips! I asked are we done she says yes. I asked is this some new technique because you didn't inject the body of the lip she lied to me and said yes. When I left they looked ok. I got home the swelling went down and no filler was even in my lips! Oh but there was tons in my chin because that swelled up so bad I looked like jay leno! How on earth is having a big chin attractive??? And WHY would you put over half the syringe in a spot I never asked for?!! Now they're closed all weekend so I can't get this fixed. But if I don't get at least half my money back I'm either suing or letting everyone know how incompetent this woman is! I always had a pleasant experience with Sue. After 9 years I will never go back. If you want to take a chance on her botching you then go here if not it's not worth the money at all. And there is no difference in anything she did besides give me a swollen chin. Waste of $680 and a complete scam. If she couldn't do it then she shouldn't have taken my money.

We pretty much just "shot the breeze" during my haircut (even though I hate conversation with barbers......just cut my hair and let me get out of here. I don't really want to tell you where I work and how many kids I have). But this was different. The barbers are all middle age women (meaning mature. No piercings, tattoos or purple hair like you find at that barber dumping ground, Supercuts). And believe it or not, I received a pretty good haircut!! I'll go back.Recommended.

My appointment was 1:30; the owner Mary Ellen was at reception with a sour look. When I said I had a 1:30, she told me to, "sit." She was texting on her phone. 10 minutes past my appointment time she walked past me, looked in the parking lot, then walked back to reception. She then walked in the back room; never speaking to me. I decided Mary Ellen has some major issues in her own head & left the salon. Very bizarre for a supposed professional to not speak to a customer, not explain themselves if they feel something has gone wrong, nor keep to a scheduled appointment. I went to Mary Ellen 8 weeks prior & the demeanor was like night & day and she is the one who scheduled this July appointment. Keeping the appointment card to remind myself to tell everyone what a strange & bizarre experience everyone should not bother having with Mary Ellen at Reflections.
