Sometimes you just need to sit and have someone attend to needs you didn't even realize you had. I'd pulled my Achilles on Tuesday, then spent all week hobbling around . . . throwing most of the rest of my body out of whack. I didn't say a word about these aches due to different distractions from the day, yet the ladies at B Nails effectively worked out my body's kinks and my mind's frustrations -- and all I was expecting was a basic pedicure! If you wish your pedi involved a multi-step massage, get your soon-to-be sweet tootsies over to B. Nails. Before polish, here's every step of the massage : sugar rub! Cooling lotion! Oil + hot rocks! Hot Towel! And as if that wasn't enough, after executing a perfect polish, Trem rubbed down my neck, shoulders, and upper arms while my polish dried. B Nails, I'm now a little in love with you. Environment: I was impressed with everything about their calming, minimal (but not too) environment : color scheme, choice of finishes, lighting, orderly tech stations, choice of music, placement and line-up of polishes, and even how/where the magazines are kept. Such a nice change from other so many other salons! I didn't get a chance to check out the wax room, but even the bathroom was well-appointed. Service: WOW is all I can say, given the leg massage described above. Ladies (and the occasional gent), this was 100x better than your basic pedicure. Instead of keeping me waiting at the front, they seated me immediately. Each tech was working with a customer, so the Owner herself (I don't know if it was Debbie or Wendy; I'm the jerk that didn't ask) brought me a magazine and green tea, then removed my old polish. Trem then took over and handily worked over all the basics (trimming, shaping, cleaning, callouses), before wow-ing me with the multi-step leg massage. She was so good, I didn't even think about my ticklish feet. Then, the final step of their extensive service : the back massage at the drying station. Mmmm... Price: $37 is a bit steep, but given all the steps you're hearing ZERO complaints from me. I may opt for a quickie pedi elsewhere occasionally, but given the way my legs and toes feel after visiting B Nails . . . I'll be back! Truly grateful : all I could feel after being so pleasantly surprised by the ladies and service at B Nails. (Full disclosure : this was my first visit. If I don't come back to push up to the 5th star after they've delighted me more than once -- and I'm sure they will -- it is only due to my own forgetfulness.) read more

I love B nails!! I've been coming here for over a year and am always so happy with the way my nails look when I leave! Pedis last forever, manicures (gel and regular) always look great and last 1-2 weeks. The ladies are all super friendly and do a lovely job. I also never feel rushed - they take their time so everything looks perfect. I also like that they don't do anything acrylic - so it doesn't stink when you walk in. The environment is very inviting and clean. Their pricing may be a little higher than the competition (I wouldn't know because I've only gone to them) but I think the quality is worth it. And I've talked to friends who go to other nail salons - when we compare experiences I always feel like B Nails wins. :) read more

I booked my appointment online (so convenient!) two days prior to my appointment date for a classic pedi and finger nail polish change and got the exact time and date I wanted. I was greeted right away and informed of the extra charge for the nail polish I chose (Butter London runs $5 extra for each application, so in my case $10.00) which I appreciated and accepted. And offered a beverage. The salon itself is very clean, maintained, and well ventilated. They don't do acrylics which may be a downfall for those of you who get acrylics, but it is nice to not have that smell. My technician was Lola and she was just wonderful! We held a nice conversation (which is hard to find in nail salons!) and all around she is a great technician. I will definitely request her for my next appointment! I love the ladies at B Nails! They are sweet, kind and warm. The atmosphere is fun and you feel a true sense of community when you are here. Debbie and Wendy are the dynamic duo - they are so welcoming and I find myself so relaxed and well looked after when I am here. My favorite things: - this place is clean which is my number 1 priority as I am a bit of a germaphobe. - the ladies are top notch in their attention to you. -the service is not rushed - they truly take their time so you don't have the "get in and get out" feeling. -the service lasts - I have had shellac at other places and this - by far- has lasted the longest. I came in with my friend and showed up a few minutes late to the appointment. After already starting my gel manicure they told me they didn't have time to finish and I was only getting a color change. Even though I didn't get a full manicure they tried to charge me $70 for gel manicure/pedicure. Staff was extremely rude and it's so overpriced, but the worst part was them trying to take advantage. I've been to many nail salons all over the country and have never been treated this poorly. So many other good nail salons in Denver. Decided to have a little girls night and went with this place for pedi's! What a fabulous choice! I called to set up our appointment, it was easy and quick for a new client. I then arrived pretty early for my scheduled time and they were very accommodating, let me sit in the massage chair early and brought me tea, it was lovely! I had debbie helping me, she did a great job, even put up with my tickle-ish feet!! The salt scrub and lotion was tangerine and smelled fabulous! there was calming music, they talked just enough to be conversational, but not enough to be annoying! I felt great when i left! You should know, I am very picky about these sorts of services because I don't do spa/salon stuff often. I am a down-to-earth low-maintenance looks sort of girl. But... when I want to do the primp-y stuff, it's because I want to feel relaxed, a little pampered, and because I feel like bringing some variety to my looks. In other words... It's for fun, not need, and so it has to be worth the time and money it requires. Overall, I am very happy with B Nails. I had a relaxing and fun experience there, and my toes look just like little cherry tomatoes ripe for the picking in August (Note to Self: Do Not Eat Toes. They are not really tomatoes.) The service I received from Bulan hit that sweet spot between spa-type relaxation and efficiency. You get a healthy dose of pampering, but neither the prices nor the environment are at the full-on spa level. This middle ground makes it perfect for someone like me who wants practicality with a sprinkle of indulgence. Bulan is one of the few people who haven't made me cringe when clipping my toe nails. She was gentle and efficient with that part, but lingered on the fun parts like the hot stone massage included in the $37 pedi. When I was waiting for my turn (toes already soaking, drink in hand, and sitting in a massage chair) I heard the staff and customers talking like old friends. Clearly, they have a loyal base, and good memories for customer's past preferences. Having worked in the service industry myself, I know nothing is worse than feeling like a servant to the customer, so I am glad the environment here lets the staff be informal and conversational. I am definitely ill-at-ease in places that take a "pretend I am not here" approach: a human is not a machine! After a soft-sell on gel nail polish from Debbie, plus a fellow customer's recommendation to try it, I made an appointment for a manicure on Friday. I love it here - I recently moved from DC where everything is more expensive. Getting my nails done in a quality place seems to be the only service that I've found in Denver so far that is 'slightly' more pricey than my former DC life. I think B Nails seems to be in line with other salons, maybe a little pricier. It is worth it though. I waited until I visited a few times before reviewing, just to be sure it was consistently great. I get a gel mani and regular pedi every two weeks like clock work and have for years. I've had a different person each time and they have all been great. Friendly, quality work, comfortable, totally not rushed. I highly recommend B Nails. They always seem to full with customers who have been coming in for years, which I think is a great sign. Definitely call ahead though and book your apt. I think they take walkins, but they always seem to be at capacity with folks who have made apts. Always offer you hot tea, make sure people aren't yapping on their cell phones - so I love that they're trying to create a spa experience. I loved this nail salon it was great! Very clean and modern and upscale. They offered tea when you first arrive. They were able to get my friend and I in for pedicures even though we did not have an appointment. The women that worked there were friendly and kept asking if the heat of water was ok for us or if the pressure was ok while they were massaging our feet. The pedicure consisted of a soak and then a scrub as well as a hot stone massage followed by a hot towel which is always my favorite part!! It felt so great! The job was clean and they put two Layers of color on. I also would like to add that they have essie polish which I loved! I made an appointment for my husband and I to get a manicure/pedicure about a week prior. The owner was very nice and accommodating, even greeted us by name! Both of our techs were very good, maybe just a little too quiet. We were given water (could also have tea) and enjoyed our time. This was the first salon I've seen that had organic nail polish options (for $5 more). I would also recommend if you want the spa pedicure to mention that when booking your appointment, as I was told it's about an hour and 10 minute experience. This is the worst place to get your nails done. I've been here twice and both times were terrible. The woman didn't soak my cuticles before and when she was clipping them it hurt and started bleeding. They hurt for days. The gel polish fades after a week, and started peeling after about 4 days. I went back in today bc they give you a 7 day grace period if anything happens. So I go in to get 6 of the 10 nails touched up bc 6 have peeled off in 4 days. They would not accommodate me and told me to come back another day. Unfortunately I am leaving to go out of town tomorrow, no refund no credit, just a sorry bye. This place sucks. If you want a great manicure and pedicure go to Hot Tipz. They are amazing and have punch cards for a free service after you fill it up. read more

It appears it's consistently busy, so it's best to make an appt. The massage chairs are awesome and uber relaxing. It is not necessary -they take walk ins- but it always helps because they seem to be doing well with business. I made an appointment with Debbie. When I was walking in they greeted me by name which was nice because that one touch made me feel special. They have a great selection of colors. They even have butter London colors. They also have opi gel colors which I have found to love. Next they asked me to sit down and as I was waiting for my technician I noticed everything is clean and sanitized. The lady was great. Today I visited B Nails for a pedicure. Simone was fantastic! She was super sweet and did a beautiful job. As many reviews note, the pedis are very thorough with lots of attention paid to detail. It was such a nice relaxing experience. I had hoped for a manicure but this morning I had broken one of my fingernails painfully low, beyond what I thought was fixable. After showing the owners, they recommended trying a silk extension to protect my nail while it grew back. Not only did one of the technicians (forgot her name!) repair the nail beautifully, she was extremely careful and gentle making to repair painless. I was thrilled with the result! When I was ready to leave, I was helped with my shoes, keys, and getting my coat on. Great customer service, very comfortable, I look forward to coming back again. read more

I didn't really check it closely because every single one I've gotten from any store never has an expiration date on it. We had the very best manicure and pedicure that we've ever had! Not only is the salon sparkling clean, there isn't the distraction of a television and there is no odor from nail products. The girl who did my pedicure was superb. I received a leg and foot massage as well as a hot stone massage. She took great care to ensure that everything was perfect.
