That late evening my right eye started to become very sore, red, itchy. I texted the business and they said sometimes people are sensitive/and or allergic to the glue adhesive and to try a cold compress and try some allergy medicine. I tried both and my one right eye continued to decline and get worse! My eye began to swell significantly more in just an hour, so I decided to go to an Urgent Care the next morning. The doctor said I had pink eye and gave me eye drops to use. I texted the business to let them know of the situation and that I got pink eye from unsanitary conditions. The business re-assured me that they sanitize their tools and have disposable ones and that they are required to wash hands before each client and that the technicians don't touch the eye, even though she touched around and on my eyelid throughout the appointment. All I wanted was a refund for the headache that I went through and the dissatisfaction for the service that costs a lot of money. They said in order to get a refund that I needed to go there and have them taken off. I told them that I didn't want to take the lashes off because my eye isn't infected from the lashes or the glue, it was from poor sanitation. I also didn't have time to go somewhere else to get them done again before I leave out of town, nor would anyone touch my eyes knowing I have pink eye. I was beyond frustrated at this point and eventually after several texts going back and forth, I got my refund. I will not recommend anyone to this business. Anyone in their right mind would give the money back because it was on their part that this happened and to still insist on the glue causing my pink eye.

I could not be happier. The results are exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend. I was also especially impressed with how Jennifer handled a woman that came in while I was there for my eyebrows. The woman came in yelling about not being happy with her eyebrows and Jennifer remained calm explained that she has tried to make things right with her including touch ups but the woman was still not happy. Jennifer then tried to hand her money offing her a partial refund but the woman screamed she didn't want charity and refused the money. I don't know that anything could have made her happy. I did see her eyebrows and honestly didn't understand why she was upset but Jennifer remained calm and continued to try and make things right. After the woman finally left. Jennifer composed herself and made sure I was ok and apologized for the disruption to my appointment. I don't think she could have handled it any better.
