Went in on Friday to get a fill (it was my first fill after a full set for some clarity) and by today, Monday, three nails popped clean off throughout the day with no pressure or reason, and about all of them that are still in tact are lifting super bad. During the fill, the man doing my nails didn't seem very confident about his process and the work showed, I tried to trust the process because I hate telling people how to do their job because it's not my place and I didn't want to seem rude, but they're lumpy, not secure to my nail, and just not good. I'm super disappointed, it's never fun to spend money on a service that isn't up to par with what I've experienced in the past and through recommendations. I took my girls a couple times to get their nails done. It wasn't cheap. They charged me $100 not only for fills, but every single time, no matter what the design. Not only have I always been a good tipper, they have never once offered my girls a drink. Unfortunately, my partner and I had a negative experience getting manicures. He wanted a clear coat to help with nail baiting, and ended up just getting his nails ripped to shred for 20 minutes. I came in for a gel manicure, and when I picked my color, I did not realize till I was done that the color I chose was just a see-through glitter. The color swatches they had me pick from made it look as if it was a solid white with glitter in it. Some of my nails turned out, smooth and even, well some of my nails turned out bumpy from the gel finish. The language barrier was difficult. While the space was beautiful, the cleanliness of their equipment all looked stained and unkept. read more

Walked in for a pedicure and was sat very quickly in a massage chair. They had a large option of drink choices, I got a flavored lemonade that was quiet enjoyable. I chose option 7 for pedicure with gel polish which included a scrub, hot stones, hot wax, massage, ect. They look like fat toenails on my fingers and now I have to go somewhere else to get fixed because they kept saying that they were fine they're pretty look natural now. I was a walk-in, was greeted right away and was able to be seated for my pedicure right away and the lady that did my pedicure did a relatively good job although she had lots of issues with placing rhinestones. I originally walked in for a gel manicure although I also needed a gel pedicure. I forgot to shave my legs so the plan was to only do my mani. When I walked in I saw my favorite guy Tommy at the counter so I decided I had to have him do my toes. I told him about my hairy legs (lol). He didn't make an issue about it. I've been exclusively seeing Tommy for over a year every month, sometimes twice a month for my pedicures, he is amazing! Personable, attention to detail and quality work. I never get chips even when I've gone up to 5 weeks between visits before. Excellent customer service and exceptional friendliness! I will always book with Tommy for my pedicures! I get my stiletto acrylics from Little Mi! She is fantastic at her craft, she has corrected issues I've had with acrylic lifting and even with my very rough and hands-on job I have never had a nail break or chip! I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my experience here really surprised me. I came in for a pedicure and asked for regular polish instead of gel. The woman helping with parts of the service made a big deal about it, and I had multiple people coming over saying "no gel?" like it was an issue. It made me feel uncomfortable and singled out over something pretty simple. She also put the toe separators and slippers on incorrectly, and when the nail tech who was doing my actual pedicure tried to fix it, she shooed him away. It felt intentional, and the whole interaction came off rude and unwelcoming. I usually tip well, but this time I didn't feel good about the service at all. I left feeling embarrassed and don't think I will return. Really disappointing experience but there are luckily plenty of alternatives in the area with better customer service. read more

I went for a pedicure and I came out with my feet hurting. She used that cheese grater to work on my calluses, but I hardly had any it made it much rougher and now they hurt when I walk in shoes. She did not speak English at all, and it was very frustrating to try to communicate with her. I've been here before and have had no issues, but something's going wrong. She was rough on my hands/nails and kept asking me to "relax" my hands which was difficult to do when she was causing me pain with the file and her grip on my fingers. Without asking she did chrome on my pinky nail and asked if I liked it to which I said I did like it. However I did not realize that's a 35$ up charge on the service and she had already started the process without asking. I've never been swindled like that at a nail place. First off, I want to give Stilla a 5 stars because she did great on my pedicure. I was then told to wait for a manicure, that's when it all went down hill. I'm not sure what their pay structure here or if it's really a communication issue but the lady who did my nails didn't quite understand that just because I couldn't get my nails polished didn't mean I can't have a full manicure service. Instead I got a fast electric polish removal which btw caused my nails to be brittle & she didn't even bother cutting them correctly. Now I have brittle nails and terrible nail bed. Not only am I going to end up waiting to grow out these damaged nails I have pain because she chose to remove my gel down to the thinnest nail. I also overheard her complain that because I didn't want to do a polish she just did a short small service. Come on now, be careful because maybe your customers understand what you're saying. I told her many times, yes a manicure but no polish. I understand you gotta make some money or upsell your customers but this is downright wrong! Please talk to your employees, maybe they need a translator?? Would not recommend. read more

We scheduled ahead for 4 people to get pedicures done. We walked in did not have to wait at all despite how busy it was. The building is spacious and there are several locations within the building for each service. We were taken to the basement. Each one of our technicians were professional, humorous, and went at an appropriate pace. Our drinks were delivered to us quickly and they were delicious ! I took my sister there for a pedicure for her birthday. Her toenails looked ok, but about a 3 minute massage on her legs. It felt very rushed and not very relaxing. I had a manicure. She spent a couple of minutes filing my nails and not a good job. I saw her do a top coat and then my polish. She rubbed my arms for a minute and then she was done. I didn't see her do a top coat even though she said she did. my polish started coming off within 2 days. Her time with me also felt very rushed. The whole process for myself and my sister seemed like a waste of time and money. read more

Service is not good. I use tina and while she does an okay job, she rushes though and my full set looks all bumpy afterwords. She makes it feel like she just wants you out of the chair and onto the next client. Tina is also the most expensive nail tech i've been to and thought her pricing was normal so I just went with it. My most recent trip to her made me for surely know I'm never coming back. I had my translator app going and picked up her and the woman to sits to her left so Donna, saying horrible things about Donna's client and Tina talking terrible things about me. During that trip I had asked her for no fill but just a color change and was still charged 65, I told her I would give her tip out of my cash but she just took my change and walked away. (15) so 80 for just a color change. She's short with me and I've only ever been so sweet because she is doing me a service but I have honestly put up with way too much and the trash talking was the last straw. Don't make the mistake and go here. I go to a different spot and all of the ladies at my new spot say that most of their clients went to new world nail spa first and quickly realized the same thing i'm realizing. read more

My daughter came in for a gel manicure and I came in for a regular polish manicure. The gal doing my nails cut my cuticles so fast and hard and deep that she ended up cutting a piece of my skin in and around my nail bed on my right ring finger. It gushed blood it is a good half inch of skin missing and blood all through my finger nail bed and by the time I left the salon the side of my finger was bruising. She finished the polish job and it looks worse than my 11 year old can do. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Same session my daughter's cuticles were ripped off and skin bleeding on her hand also. The vibe felt like they were competing on who could do someone's nails the fastest. They still charged me full price!!!! I'm going to have to go to the doctor on Monday for antibiotics. Charged us $75 to leave with fingernails we will have to cover with ointments, bandaids, and pursue antibiotics. Do NOT go here. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with their service. The polish on my finger nails started to peel off the NEXT day. When I called and told them about it, the receptionist told me to come back and they would redo it for free. The next day, I drove there confident they would do what they promised. However, they declared they would redo my regular (nothing fancy) polish only for an additional $10 fee. I tried to convince them they had to do right by a customer, but they refused. They sure lost me as a customer, and please think twice before you choose to go there. read more
