They have an app named Brightwheel which was HUGE help for me leaving her my first day. They update anytime she naps, eats, sleeps, EVERYTHING!! I recommend this place to everyone I know! My daughter has been here since May 4th... and Miss Jen, Miss Terri, Miss Charlotte, Miss Madison and Miss Tessa have all been absolutely welcoming and loving on my sweet baby girl!!! She turned 5 just a few days after the kindergarten cut off, and we couldn't do the half-day Pre-K in MPS, so we wanted to find a great place for the alternative. It was so easy getting a time to have a walk through, and the staff was super helpful before we even enrolled. We toured one other place, but got a much better vibe from the people at Kindercare. It was no problem to get enrolled and start her on the date we needed to. She LOVES going to "school" and learns all sorts of things every day! The teachers and staff as so so so awesome. Taylor and Tia are extremely helpful and welcoming every day. Her teacher, Morgan, is so kind and works very hard for and with the kids. She is TOP NOTCH! Betty always makes sure the kids have nice, nutritious meals. The whole staff is just amazing. I love that there is an app that allows Morgan to send photos and updates throughout the day so we know what our little girl is up to that day. They also have a strict policy on who enters the building and can pick up/check out the kids, which is extremely helpful in our particular situation. We love Kids Academy and our kid's love their teachers. Everyone is so kind and I feel confident knowing my kiddos are well taken care of. The Director Debbie is great and is always willing to work with you and answer questions. It's also incredibly affordable compared to other daycare programs. We plan on using Kids Academy until our youngest grows out of it and moves on to Elementary school.

I'm not one to write reviews but this is something I wish I had before enrolling my daughter in…read morethis center. I so badly wanted to believe that Primrose Norman was as sought after and highly ranked as their sister schools in OKC and Edmond, but boy was I wrong. For starters, the front receptionist is a blessing to this center and if the directors were more empathetic, compassionate, and driven like Taylor this center would be worlds different. When I first toured primrose I only ever spoke with Taylor, I was never greeted by the directors, and never met a teacher (my mistake for being trusting). By the time my daughter (16 months) started on November 7th, I was in for a rude awakening. The first week my daughter within a few days picked up a bad stomach bug (to be expected with a new daycare) but she continued to get new viruses every other week to date. On top of all the sickness she continued to get, on the days my daughter was there I hardly had any communication with the teachers and when I'd message for an update, it would go unanswered. I tried not to ruffle feathers, but after the third message, I finally called and complained. Pictures and updates started to improve over the past few weeks but I still had an uneasy feeling. Then this week happened. On Tuesday (Jan 24th) I showed up by surprise to pick my daughter up early around 11:20 am, the kids were all sitting down waiting for lunch and I could tell my daughter was upset. I didn't know why until I got home and noticed her diaper was completely soiled and her bum was fire red with sores from sitting in her feces. Let me state, at 10:47 am the teacher of the class marked that my daughter's diaper was checked and she was "dry". I immediately called and spoke with Brandi (the director) she assured me she would take care of it and we could potentially move my daughter to a different room. Today (Jan 25th) I called back up there and spoke with Tiffany (assistant director??) and when she asked if Brandi had dealt with the situation Brandi said she didn't have the chance because of the weather. Tiffany then assured me she would get an explanation and call me back so we could move forward. A few hours went by and at this point, my daughter's bum is scabbing up and I'd decided I'd had enough of the inconsistency, lack of communication, and lack of care for my child. Thankfully, we were able to get back into our old facility. By 2 pm I called to withdraw my daughter and asked to have her stuff ready for my husband. When he got there Taylor apologized and Brandi walked out and gave him a snotty "mhmm" response when he said thanks. Mamas and dads, please take these negative reviews seriously. Primrose is not cheap and just know the cost does NOT mean quality. So happy to be out of there even after a short few months. There's no way I could bring myself to putting my daughter back in their care after the situation was not taken seriously by the leaders who run the facility.

Our now four-year old has attended Apple Tree since birth. When we first began our search, we…read morevisited several places. We wanted to use cloth diapers, which a lot of those centers refused to do. With a lot of centers it seemed to be about us conforming to their program. At Apple Tree, it was more about what we needed. Cloth diapers? No problem. Breastmilk, no problem. Leaving for the Summer because mom doesn't work summers? We don't have to worry about losing our spot. We have loved the staff. The owner is very present in the business and knows everyone's name, knows the children's names, and is generally a great guy. This is a family business and has been around for a long time. Our child is excited to go to school every day. They are currently rated as two-stars, but they are pursuing the third. The three-year-old class does art every day, sings songs every day, and runs a newly installed curriculum. They take great care to keep the place clean. It does not have that daycare smell that I've experienced visiting other providers. And their prices are reasonable.

We finally left the center midway through the summer because one of the teachers said my 6-year-old son was "going to get it" if he didn't "shut up and lay down." The worst part was that when I called to tell the managerial staff about this incident, they not only told the teacher who complained, but gave her my personal phone number and information. The teacher called and said my son was a liar and that she "knew better" than to make threats to the kids at school. It's been two months and I'm still waiting on the reimbursement check from the center for the money I paid for time I didn't use. The manager agreed to give me this money back since I left due to threats being made to my child. Horrible center. Horrible teachers. Crying children left and right EVERY DAY.
