You have to ring the doorbell and get buzzed in. The fact that they stay open late on the weekends really made my trip enjoyable. I was in Oklahoma for two weeks and every once in a while it was nice to get some adult time. I highly recommend this daycare! Since I was from out of town I didn't have to pay a $20 enrollment fee. There's lots to do and they provide snacks and meals on the cheap in case you forget something. The last visit, I checked in on Yelp and got half off my visit so ended up paying $8 for 2 hrs of babysitting! PLEASE COME TO DALLAS!

On my first day I witnessed a teacher swing a two-year-old up by one arm in a forceful way to change a diaper. That same teacher later threw a ball and hit my child in the face with it. She didn't check on my child and it left a red mark on her face. When I confronted her she told me that I was being ridiculous. I told management immediately and nothing was done. I was told that she was just having a bad day and that the cameras couldn't catch it because of the angle. On 9-10-18 the floater teacher for the infant room, which I worked in, was making footprint art with a child using brown paint. The teacher said, " at least the brown paint doesn't stain like the black, you go home looking half n*****." I immediately told management again and again nothing was done. The other teacher in the infant room is a black woman, she was forced to continue to work with someone who expressed such hate, we all were. The director compared the racial slur to someone calling someone a "fat ass." I witnessed that same teacher forcefully shove pacificers into babies mouths, jerk them around and lose her cool at least once a day. Management knew about all of this. The teacher was still allowed to keep her job!! They will guarantee you 40 hours a week but then send everyone home except the favorites. Children are moved from room to room, you never know which teacher is going to be with your child. They mix all ages together in unsafe ways. It is the most unprofessional, hate-filled center I have ever experienced. If you have your children enrolled here I strongly suggest you find another place.

She turned 5 just a few days after the kindergarten cut off, and we couldn't do the half-day Pre-K in MPS, so we wanted to find a great place for the alternative. It was so easy getting a time to have a walk through, and the staff was super helpful before we even enrolled. We toured one other place, but got a much better vibe from the people at Kindercare. It was no problem to get enrolled and start her on the date we needed to. She LOVES going to "school" and learns all sorts of things every day! The teachers and staff as so so so awesome. Taylor and Tia are extremely helpful and welcoming every day. Her teacher, Morgan, is so kind and works very hard for and with the kids. She is TOP NOTCH! Betty always makes sure the kids have nice, nutritious meals. The whole staff is just amazing. I love that there is an app that allows Morgan to send photos and updates throughout the day so we know what our little girl is up to that day. They also have a strict policy on who enters the building and can pick up/check out the kids, which is extremely helpful in our particular situation. It is evident that they really care about our child and make sure she is doing ok in all the ways. She LOVES Kindercare and so do we!!!!!!!

Once we got the scheduling done, the entire process went smoothly. The oven repair was for a…read morebuilt-in Whirlpool model that I had already removed in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue. This took place in February or March 2026, and it's now early May, so unfortunately I don't remember the repairman's name, as I would definitely give him kudos for his workmanship & pleasant demeanor. The repairman who came out was very efficient & candid about what had happened & what needed to be done. It ended up being a particular fuse that sat immediately behind the control panel had failed, & it just required replacement. There was an entire litany of things that could've gone wrong with it, & he could've quoted me on several of those things, replaced them & charged me exorbitantly for the parts & labor. But... he did not. He was very honest with me & even educated me a little while he checked other parts ( mainly a different fuse on the back of the oven ) to make sure they were functional before he left. I most certainly would use Adam's Appliance Repair. Unfortunately for Yelp, I won't be needing their services in seeking an appliance repair service company - I've found who I'm sticking with hereafter!!

I recently had my water service line replaced from the meter to my house. During the project, David discovered that the boring contractor hadn't installed the new line deep enough to meet code. It would have been easy to work around it, trench through my landscaping, or simply let it go--but instead, he advocated for me. He stood his ground, insisted the boring company come back and do the job correctly, and ultimately saved me from ending up with a substandard installation. That decision cost him an entire day's work while everyone waited for the boring company to return, but he still put doing the job right ahead of simply getting paid and moving on. To top it off, when the project was finished, his final invoice came in below the high end of the estimate he had originally given me. In a world where it's common to brace yourself for surprise costs, that was a refreshing experience. If you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, honest, and willing to advocate for his customers instead of taking the easy way out, I can wholeheartedly recommend David's Plumbing. Integrity like that deserves to be recognized.

Both of my children have gone to B.P. Kids since they were 6 weeks old. my oldest attended until pre-school started and my youngest is still at the center! We love Leslie and the entire staff. They have loved on our children, supported their growth, and taught them far more than I even thought possible for their ages. My 1 year old can sing 3-5 different songs, count to 10, and say (almost all) of his ABCs. My 4 year old went into pre-K this year knowing all her colors, all shapes, can almost count to 100, knows how to spell her name, and how to write her name! These are just some Examples of the curriculum offered by B.P. Kids. Outside of the curriculum, the love and support for your children will not be met else where! Take it from someone that has has been with Leslie for almost 5 years...they will Love and help develop your entire family! read more

In response to the one star review, it is very unfortunate we had to work with this family for everything they say is a concern for us for we take our program very serious and offer one of the best in the district. Lesson learned when someone ask for assistance and you try to help only for them to be a problem for one day, I questioned the enrollment and I will always in the future go with character concerns. DHS finding is unsubstantiated. read more

The support in this center is lacking, cleanliness and systems to upkeep all of the above remain largely unchanged and doomed to repeat the same mistakes. The staff overheard telling a kid "your teacher won't like you if you keep ---" overheard while we were at pickup. The toys the kids play with are broken and tired. They relied on the tv a lot more than we would like. After some discussions without change, we pulled our LO the next day. I'm writing this review AFTER I had a discussion with the director who said she "talked to her staff about that" and neglected to demonstrate any policy change for the above issues. I wanted to urge them to CHANGE the step/protocol/supports in place so that they can do better for basic safety measures. My hope is that they work on changing the steps and protocols to ensure no child is given something they are allergic to, have safe sleep practices and compassionate redirection of age appropriate toddler behavior. I didn't get very far in convincing them to change and really am worried about the kids that go there and their safety for that matter. I was appalled at the behavior above and shutter at the thought what happens when we are not there. I have so much mom guilt for keeping my LO there at all. Please, parents. Just look elsewhere.
