There's just so many things to say that are wonderful about this gem. We were told at the visitor…read morecenter that it is the second largest visited refuge in North America. The bison are truly breathtaking. If you get the chance to see them sit and watch for a while. We were able to do some hiking and picnic. There's also camping and fishing and boating, but we didn't do any of that on this trip. We picked up lots of pamphlets at the visitor center, so we can come back again and try again. They have lots of help at the visitor center and are glad to answer questions. They also have a great little gift shop if you want to pick up a treasure or a Momento for your visit. We took the time to take the scenic drive up to the top of Mount Scott walked around, took lots of photos. We met people from all over the world up there. It was pretty amazing. I can't wait to go back and do some more hiking. We did stop on the side of the road to look at the Longhorn cattle. There are some of the original stock from back on the turn-of-the-century or release from the bloodline it's pretty neat all these things that you can do while you're here visiting I highly recommend it. It's a great adventure not just for families but just solo if you wanna get out and explore.

Mother Nature, well she is the star of the show! The Arbuckle Mountains, situated about 1 hour south of Norman, have a diverse and interesting history that mesmerized me and the 10 and 11 year olds in our group. Beautiful waterfalls, different biomes, fossils and more! I highly suggest going to Camp Classen anytime you have the chance. They have so many activities from horseback riding, hiking, archery, challenge courses, canoeing and kayaking and more! Wonderful WONDERFUL experience!

Our child loves this place. It is child care but, with much more to offer. They do many different…read moretypes of daily activities, they keep a regular schedule for diaper changes if needed, they do daily lessons, but without feeling like it is rigid learning. The staff is great! The owners have been there every time I pick up my child. I go in to pick up my daughter and they have classical playing at a few times a week. The security measures taken are top notch. We feel very comfortable leaving our child at Goddard. Anyway, this place is the best!
