I told him I have no use for an analog Amtrak Engine! I also told him would NOT run on my Lionelchief digital-Bluetooth train lay out! He said he never heard of the Lionelchief system. I googled it for him. Damm if you are going to sell trains, please have some idea of what you are selling & stop trying to force customer's to buy something they cannot use. In the end I was NOT allowed to buy the 4 MHT Amtrak Coach cars that were priced at $75 EACH. NO SALE. I walked out. It;s a shame that with so few Hobby shop left that this happens.

It has more than most normal people could ever care about or look through. A great place for gifts or finishing off a collection. The prices are hit and miss to be honest. Basic looking store crammed full of games and other toys you have to comb through to find anything. It's got an entire wall of Fun Pops. There's something from almost every cartoon you can think of along with movie characters and whoever. Come trade Pokémon or whatever knockoff cards. They also have a section of vinyl if you're looking for hip music. Find lots of great stuff to buy, or sell to get cash. It's hard to choose only a few things to get. The staff is a bunch of nerds so they know lots of things about quality and value.

It's very convenient to know what's in stock and to get timely answers. Most hobby places I've dealt with in the past are very slow when it comes to responses/non existent. Outside of great communication, owner/staff are very friendly and overall fantastic people to deal with. To the fun stuff - it's a classic card shop with a great selection and cool memorabilia as well. I've been going here for the past year and have mostly had good experiences. The reason for three stars is because the one time I tried to sell my old binder of Pokemon cards (which admittedly I did not know a lot about) it seemed like they tried to take advantage of the fact that I wasn't knowledgeable. I say that because they offered me $100 for the whole binder - which had a base set holo Charizard and a lot of other base set cards. I ended up selling just that Charizard for $300 on eBay, and a handful of the other ones for $40-60 as well. The $100 offer was quite insulting, and after doing more research it really felt like they were trying to take me for a ride. I know card shops have to make money but to offer $100 for the whole binder when I sold one card for triple that amount is pretty insane. When I asked the employee how he got to that value he just said "a lot of these cards aren't in good condition", and didn't really elaborate after that. Will definitely still be a customer but will most likely not try and sell anything here as that experience left a bad impression on me.

The prices were very reasonable in comparison to many of the vintage/antique stores in general. I live about an hour away from here but I will come back to see what new stuff they have!
