Mike answered the phone on the first ring and was fantastic with communication. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him pictures of the plumbing set up at my home. Mike's employee, Julian, showed up right at the scheduled time of 8 am and was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. Julian was friendly, polite, organized, and efficient. I felt comfortable having him work at my house. The price was reasonable and they gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash. I like it when businesses do that. Julian did a nice job. Gave us a quote which was $2k more than Home Depot's quote and $3k more than another HVAC contractors, so I went with HD. I feel bad I couldn't give Fontaine my business even though I liked them, but $2k is just 2 much.
