I am so grateful to Mark. I had a clog in my toilet that I was trying to work on myself. I got my snake stuck and called him, hoping that he could come fix it. He told me he was booked up for the morning, but gave me advice on how to fix it myself which I took and fixed it. I'm putting him on speed dial for the next time I have a real problem. This is the second large plumbing project I've had in my house and I called Trimble plumbing again because of the fantastic experience I had with them four years ago. They are still fantastic. On May 6th 2024 I found some water under my hot water heater. I called 5 plumbing companies, a few went to voice mail and they did not call back. The other two were to busy to bother. Then I got lucky and called Trimble Plumbing and Heating. The owner Mark Trimble answered and was willing to help. First he shared a few no cost possibilities. I sent him pictures and we both agreed I needed a new hot water heater. Everything went perfectly from there. I will list a few examples: 1) Called back when he was scheduled to do so. 2) He was on time with dropping off the new heater (a brand known for quality) the night before the installation. 3) He was on time the next morning to install the water heater. 4) They took care of everything. 5) First class workmanship. The entire team are skilled craftsmen. 6) They explained everything including issues that were pre existing. 7) A completed expert installation was completed on the same day. Far superior to any other plumber that I have seen in my 65 years. 8) We agreed on a price and that is what I paid (other work I have had done always seemed to have add on issues as the job was in progress). 9) It's a family business and they were fun to to be around them. 10) I am happy to be considered one of their customers. We hired Trimble Plumbing to replace our broken sewage ejector pump. I was reassured right away when Mark himself answered the phone and took genuine issue in our problem, without trying to upsell us on a bigger motor or unnecessary fixes like other plumbers. Over the next few days he was extremely professional and courteous, staying regularly in touch as he prepared for the job. He even made time in a busy schedule to make sure to reach us before Thanksgiving weekend. I learned a lot about the plumbing in my own house thanks to him. The job itself was very efficient, the team was friendly, and it all came out to several hundred dollars cheaper than competing quotes. Even if the price was the same, I feel way better about hiring a dependable small family business like Trimble. I found Mark's business on Yelp and it looked good so I called him to comve and look at an issue with a water line between the house and the barn. That was my lucky day! He got back to me right away and the day he came out, there was water pouring out of the ceiling of the apartment in the barn! He was great at handling that emergency, even coming over on Saturday to make sure everything was ok. He has continued to deal with our water problems in a very professional way. I have to give a shout out to our awesome plumber Mark Trimble. No he didn't tell me to write any of this but I see a lot of questions in here asking for a great plumber. I can't recommend him enough if you have a job that you need done right the first time, need to fix a job that was botched by another company (like one that rhymes with Sold Pedal), or any challenging or creative fix. Mark and his son are the guys to save the day. They treat your house like their own. In our case, our sump pump failed and the back up too. Plus the original company who installed the connector to the townhouse drainage system did a terrible job (before we moved in) and water was splashing all back on our bricks causing damage. Mark is not the cheapest plumber but is is absolutely the best around. He can do anything, do it right, do it to code, and make sure you won't run into problems in the future by corner cutting. He knows what he is doing and stands behind his work. I think they must have come by five times for our job to quote, help us keep the basement from flooding, lent us a little manual pump, installation, and checking in to make sure it worked properly. That kind of service is rare these days. read more

Hot water heater replacement is pricey, and you surely want it done right, hassle free and on time-and this team delivered! This team called us back promptly after our initial inquiry, explained the process, came out to assess our situation and kept us informed of the appointment and all the next steps all along the way. They were very flexible and accommodating around scheduling the job and we never had to prompt a call back, they followed up will calls and visit timing exactly as they promised. The customer service skill sets exceeded expectation, the crew worked efficiently together, and they cleaned up the area spotlessly-even though it was in our basement, and we were not fussy-but owner Mark is a perfectionist and is fussy and supervised every aspect of our job while onsite. Mark Trimble is the consumate professional. He, along with his son and brother in law (All professionals), recently installed the water lines for our new washer in our basement apartment and had to established a drain from the washer into the existing drain pipes. The job they did was absolutely outstanding. Mark stayed in touch with me prior to the work date and called in updates when he said he was going to call. On the day of installation, Mark explained fully what they were going to do and ran a complete wash cycle to check everything out prior to departure. I can't recemmend him and his company enough. Trimble is our go-to plumber and he always does a very good job, but he is pretty expensive so you have to watch that, sometimes his prices seem kind of arbitrary. Also sometimes he's too busy for something that's not an emergency but then it can become an emergency and cost more...still, everyone we know uses him because he is super reliable and high quality. read more
