    Tl;dr: Bonny is the best, we love her, and you should definitely book her for your event. Eric and I really didn't have much of a clue where to start or what we even wanted for our wedding. Luckily, in the early stages of planning, we found Bonny and our lives had been changed for the better. Booking Bonny was the best decision we made for our wedding. We had been directed to her by another wedding planner we had spoken to because we were looking for someone who could really help us from the ground up. After our first meeting with Bonny, we knew she was the one. She was so friendly, professional, and confident in her skills and what she had to offer for us to help us plan this wedding from scratch. Literally the next day, we booked her to be our full planner starting a little over a year from our wedding date and there was no turning back. Our planning process with Bonny went so smoothly, was generally stress free, and was also a ton of fun! Her company slogan is "where every detail matters" and she really delivers on this. She helped us create a vision and design for our wedding, went with us to taste testing for our caterer and cake/desserts, and introduced us to many of our now beloved vendors who helped make the vision come to life. She has great connections with many amazing vendors and they all trust and love working with her. She always worked with us to get us the details we wanted while keeping us as close to budget as possible. We also loved that we could turn to her for her highly trusted opinion whenever we weren't entirely sure about what we wanted. She was very responsive and made herself available to us by email and text. We never had a doubt about reaching her and getting a response from her in a reasonable time. Beyond the planning, it was also just so fun to get to know Bonny and for her to get to know us throughout the entire process. We loved every moment of planning and chatting with her! Unfortunately due to personal circumstances, she was unable to be there to coordinate our wedding day. However, we didn't even have to fret because she had already set up the best coordinator for us as well as an amazing B-Spoke team to help carry out our wedding day. Even though she couldn't be there, we still felt her support all day. She even texted us on our wedding day to get us excited, put us at ease knowing we were in good hands, and to remind us to enjoy and be present in every moment of the day. The wedding day itself could not have gone any more smoothly. We experienced no stress on that day, even running early on the schedule for most of the day so we had time to take extra photos, take breaks, and eat! This was a testament to all of the planning we did with Bonny, down to every item and minute accounted for in the day. She helped us put together a dream wedding team with everyone from the B-Spoke team and all our wonderful vendors to carry out exactly what we had envisioned. The day was perfect and if we could relive any day again, it would be our wedding day. Words cannot fully express how truly grateful we are to have had Bonny as our wedding planner. We went into this process with a planner and came out of it a happily wedded couple with an abundance of wonderful core memories and a new found friend. We love her and will definitely be booking her again for any future events! :)

    Bonny planned and coordinated my 40th Birthday Party and we are beyond pleased with the experience, outcome and memories. She was always responsive via email/text, kept us informed on vendors pricing/delivery/estimates and made last minute adjustments for us as plans shifted. Bonny paid particular attention to our meetings & discussions about the vibe and aesthetic and delivered above and beyond. We had a Fiesta themed party in our backyard with a balloon arch backdrop, taco cart, margarita bar, dessert area, popsicle vendor, watercolor artist and even coordinators who entertained the kids with games, activities and a fun pinata. Every detail did not go unnoticed. I am very detailed person myself and being able to let go and know that someone capable was handling every detail so I could truly enjoy the night with my family and friends was invaluable. Bonny's team ensured throughout that every need from our guests was met and as the night wrapped up, they cleaned up and left no trace behind. Our friends and family still rave about what a wonderful intimate party it was, and how much it really represented who we are. We recommend B-Spoke Events to everyone we can. Beyond having made wonderful memories with our circle of family and close friends, we left the experience with new friends in Bonny and her team.

    Bonny and her team delivered on our dream wedding. They were absolute professionals and a pleasure to work with. We had several in person and Zoom meetings to go over ideas, themes, details, and execution. She clearly knows what she's doing and will always come up with things we never thought of. She had a ton of vendors to recommend. On the day of, she executed our every wish perfectly and we did not have to worry about a single thing! That's the best thing to find in a coordinator: reducing stress and anxiety. I have to tell you that Bonny and her team does exactly that. She also speaks Vietnamese so it was so helpful when it came to managing our large Vietnamese family. Many of our guests have complimented us on finding such a great coordinator who knows how to make things happen and how to get people to do what they need to do and be where they need to be. She got us through our wedding vows, tea ceremony, photos with family, reception, cleanup, and got all our things back to us. She went above and beyond to pull off our dream wedding and we can't recommend her enough! Whether you have every detail already planned and you just need a day of coordinator, or if you have no idea what you want and require a lot of hand holding, Bonny is the person to go to and will move mountains to bring your your perfect event. We give her our highest recommendations.

    I have to say my wife and I didn't think we need a wedding planner. My parents convinced otherwise and our aunt who used Bonny before recommended her to us and she made our wedding day so much easier! She was able to commentate both my family our wishes for the wedding. I remember that day I asked Bonny for a mint and hold our wedding rings and she was there for it. She made sure we were hydrated. We had a wedding party of 400 people and made sure we stayed on schedule. Overall I couldn't be happier.

    I wanted everyone who was looking for a coordinator someone who knows exactly how things should run and who is organized and explains in detail of what is to happen than this is your person. Bonny was Amazing my wedding was August the 14 th and it was perfect Beautiful and ran so smoothly. I can't tell you that Bonny will go out of her way to make sure everything runs as perfect as possible. Her organization,timeline and making sure we had everything that we needed at our wedding to be at its best and was handled with Love and hard work by her team and herself.     Bonny is awesome! She was referred to us from our venue coordinator, Alyson, from The Ranch Events Center. She answered every email, text, and call I sent her way. From the initial planning to the day of the wedding, she helped make all our ideas and vision come to fruition. Bonny is super organized to the point when it came to finalizing details with our vendors, there was no need to. Our vendors received a detailed timeline from Bonny detailing when to show up to the venue to important times specific to each vendor. Some of my vendors told us that Bonny's timeline was the most detailed timeline they've ever seen and were grateful for it. Our guests were so impressed with how well organized the flow of our wedding and reception were. Bonny made our wedding day stress free and reminded us to take in the day and just enjoy our wedding. Thank you Bonny and the B-Spoke Events team for helping us have the best wedding ceremony and reception we could ever ask for!

    Bonny and her team did an incredible job on our wedding day. B-Spoke Events went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations! My husband and I at the time did not have a clue on how to plan a wedding. We thought we would be able to handle it on our own. After talking to many other couples, they could not stress enough that we NEEDED a planner. We are so thankful we got recommended to Bonny though our friends. We had several meet ups with Bonny to go through details and finalize timelines, placement, etc. She was always available to help us with ideas, recommended us to other trusted vendors, made sure we were on track with deadlines. Her team also created beautiful wedding invites and RSVP cards in both Chinese and Vietnamese custom to our theme. They were able to make matching seating chart, name cards, and table menus to help tie everything beautifully together. Bonny was there with us during rehearsals and guided us. On the day of the wedding, her team helped set up the sign-in table, dessert table, placement of the wedding programs, wedding favors, set up a beautiful chandelier backdrop behind our sweetheart table, and much more. She was very punctual with our timeline, coordinated with all our vendors, and simply help get things done. Her level of professionalism is phenomenal. We couldn't have done it without her. Due to all of B-Spoke events staff, we were able to enjoy a stress-free night, had fun with our friends and family, and had unforgettable memories. During the wedding, I had guests coming up to me to ask about our planner. I highly recommend B-Spoke events! Thank you so much for making our wedding day the best day ever.

    B-Spoke Events is a very professional and efficient company. They helped plan and execute the Moulton Museum grand opening, where we hosted almost 1,000 people over 2 days. Their commitment to excellence and out-of-the box problem solving were really outstanding. Their staff was motivated, well trained, and cordial. We will most certainly be using their services again.     I don't ever write reviews but for B-Spoke Events, for Bonny, I VERY much wanted to write this. To my future brides, you will not go wrong with this team. Every step of the way during the process of wedding planning, Bonny and her staff will make it effortless. I think every mother/ mother-in- laws can be opinionated about wanting what's best for their daughters ... but I think MY mother is on another level. She can be very picky and difficult about decisions but the fact that Bonny made her visions come to life AND made it a pleasure working with her, speaks volume about Bonny's character and her devotion to her craft. For example, it was 9pm on a Friday night, the day before our wedding, and we came across a last minute change. Without hesitation, Bonny took on the task with such dedication in making our vision a reality. Let me tell you this...that care is something you NEED in your wedding planner. I can go on and on about my experience with B- Spoke but to prove to my fellow review readers, this is the text I sent to Bonny after our wedding day: "My hero and dearest Bonny, You were our light throughout the entire wedding reception. Your care, attentiveness, and proactiveness was something that exceeded my expectations. I can speak for James, myself, and my mother that we felt so safe with you. There were moments during the reception and every time a guest needed something or had a question, you were always there. You had this presence that, for me, felt you were holding our hands through and through. From the changes into the dresses, the words of affirmation/ encouragement, your professionalism, you very much took on the role of maid of honor. I didn't feel stress because you were beside us every step of the way. That's all you and your energy. Thank you. It was truly a pleasure working with you and team. Everyone was a delight! The event was held a few weeks ago and guests are not only still talking about the food but a few have already booked PBP for their upcoming events. Leading up to the event, Hollis and her team were so easy to work with and communicated every detail with myself and my event planner. The guest count was higher than my wedding and was stressful to manage at times, but the PBP team handled everything so professionally and easily. After a few appetizers were passed around, there were a number of stations to choose from. It seemed like every guest had a different favorite. We all enjoyed delicious Jewish comfort food like latkes, brisket sliders, kugel, and matzo ball soup shots as well as Mediterranean food with salmon and chicken kebabs, rice pilaf, and a Greek salad. One guest said that the hummus was the best she had ever tried! It really was that good. The kids mostly enjoyed a slider station with sirloin hamburgers, fried chicken, and french fries, but plenty of adults grabbed a slider as well. They also created a signature drink for the Bar Mitzvah boy, which was really cute. For dessert, we all loved the ice cream sundae bar and assorted mini desserts like lemon bars, rugelach, and brownies. PBP also made yummy black and white cookies for all of our guests to bring home. With about 11 staff members to help with the event, PBP helped create an incredibly enjoyable and memorable event for my family and our guests. Everything about the experience was top notch. My only regret is that I was too busy with guests to enjoy everything at the time. Thankfully we had some leftovers to devour later (except for that hummus - everyone went back for seconds!). I didn't have to spend two days in advance shopping and doing prep/pre-cooking, then all day on Thanksgiving watching the turkey temp and stressing about what had to go in the oven when. Instead, I could enjoy a few drinks and actually visit with my family. Ashley was great to work with on the coordination of my event. She was so willing to accommodate all of my changes to the menu and adjust the quote based on changes to my headcount. Communication was great...she called with questions prior to the party and I was informed of a change in the arrival time on the day of. Kelly (who took care of the party) was fantastic! I was initially concerned that having someone hanging around while we had appetizers and dinner would be weird, but she blended right in. I was impressed that she kept an eye on the ice bucket and drinks, and offered to serve up plates and refill glasses during dinner. Regarding the food, I have 4 words: GET THE SHORT RIBS. Everything else was also delicious. Once we were done eating, she boxed up the leftovers (of which there were plenty for everyone to take what they wanted plus more). She cleaned up quickly and even washed the dishes I had provided. I told her she and the crew at PBP are my new best friends and they will be hearing from me in the future. The only downside was that she refused when one of my guests asked her to marry him ;)...maybe next time!! Thank you again, Ashley, Kelly and all the crew who worked behind the scenes to give me a Thanksgiving party to be thankful for.

I forgot the package name we had bc it was a gift to me, but it was like a day in Italy. We got picked up by the driver, very friendly and the vibe was just right. First stop was a pasta making class, didn't have to worry about driving or traffic or parking. It made the date super intimate and less stressful. Second stop was at an Italian restaurant, and not the American stuff, actually an Italian owner (old & have been an Italian restauranteur and chef for over 30 years). I felt so catered to. Last stop was a romantic gondola ride, right before sunset so I got to see the beautiful warm colors change before my eyes. Did I mention there was cannoli involved? The driver got us on time after each experience. The entire day was over the top. Super relaxing, I felt like I'm always the one planning and making lists and budgeting but truly - this was amazing. TLDR-- just do it. Bdays/ dates/ gift for someone who needs a good relaxing (hello moms)/ engagements/ or just a good fashioned treat yourself.

It's now 2017, almost 3 years after my wedding and I'm finally publishing this review. My wife and I hired K&S for our wedding and selected the platinum package, basically so someone could hold our hands throughout the entire process + D.O.C. We had a short timeline, engaged in March with a targeted wedding date in December the same year. In regards to planning, Kym was spot on. Scheduling visits with the flower vendor, negotiating terms with the caterer, and also coordination tasks at the Nixon Library. She's good about telling you what options can be expensive, price ranges for vendors, and creative ideas within a certain budget framework. One minor annoyance was that every meeting she would spend a couple hours with us discussing, writing notes and follow-ups, but then go MIA. The next meeting would require a refresher (like she forgot key details), or we'd be proactive and send out an email or text asking about the status. This problem became so widespread (i.e. she will tell you she'll follow up in 3 days but then go a week with no response), that I had to send an email to her and her partner that they were upsetting the bride. My wife and I prepared everything in advance of the wedding so that Kym's team could setup the day-of. We packaged and organized everything in bags with labels and directions. Signs were installed in photo frames, name cards were bagged alphabetically, and layout was discussed all in advance. We arrive into the reception area the day-of only to find nothing was setup the way my wife asked. She was just so frustrated. The money/card box wasn't put where we asked, which involved a lot of guests coming to ask us what to do. It's almost as if the assistants and other team members didn't know what to do or didn't bother checking with Kym for instructions. This was apparent because the following happened -see below. And finally, the biggest debacle of the night. We had an agreement with the vendor that the consumption bar was to turn into an open bar once the limited was reached. Kym actually helped us with this during the negotiations. One of Kym's assistants for one reason or another got confused and told the caterer to turn the consumption bar into a cash bar. Kym apparently had no idea (not sure how the assistant came to make the decision). No one thought to come notify or ask us. Embarrassingly, our guests had to shell out cash for drinks sometime between 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. We didn't find out until we visited the bar personally around 9:30 pm, ordered drinks and was asked to pay -imagine our surprise. The caterer apologized, Kym said "this is my fault", accepting responsibility, but the damage was done. My view here is that the wedding coordinator is at fault in this situation as she holds the responsibility to speak on behalf of the bride/groom (or at least check-in with them before making such a decision). And since when does an assistant make a decision like this without checking in with her boss?! Also, Kym was the one that negotiated the catering contract for us, not sure how her team could seriously make such a huge error. One key point to make here, the caterer went out of their way a few days AFTER the wedding to make amends (despite their assertion that they only listened to the K&S team). They offered to treat us to an anniversary dinner and a few comps at their local restaurant. As for K&S? Well they were gone with the wind after that last cash payment made at the wedding. It still leaves a bad feeling in my stomach to this day.

She was very easy to get a hold of anytime of they day, she will make time to answer all your questions and make sure you are on the right track. She helped me with my lighting and got me the best possible deal, the lighting company was a mess but she ensured me she would be on top of them and helped me get the exact Gobo light that I wanted and tested it out for me to make sure all the words were clear. She also helped me out big time with my timeline, and kept me on track the day of, without her, I don't know what I would've done. She's very prompt and organized, she made sure my wedding reception looked beautiful. My only regret is that I didn't have her help me with the entire wedding, wish I had her deal with some of my crazy vendors for me before hand. She really came through on my big day and knowing that she was taking care of everything I was able to feel less stressed and enjoyed my ceremony. Many thanks to Kym and K&S Events, I truly appreciate it!!

Each experience was hosted in a different room, which kept things feeling unique each time. For larger events like birthday parties, the food was served buffet-style, while smaller gatherings such as the bridal shower had table service, which felt more intimate and elevated. Most tea sets include scones with cream and jam, tea sandwiches, mini desserts, and a refillable pot of tea. Portions are on the smaller side, so you'll likely leave satisfied but not overly full. The food itself is decent but not particularly memorable. The atmosphere and experience are definitely the main draw here. It's a cute spot for a girls' day or special occasion, though it is a bit pricey. The middle-tier tea service is around $36 per adult, and they also offer a Little Princess Tea for kids at $20, which includes fruit, scones, desserts, and cucumber sandwiches + PB&J. One plus is the parking as they have a good-sized lot and I've never had trouble finding a spot.
