Absolutely, hands down, the most incredible experience EVER!!!!! My husband and I were recently married here and do not have one single complaint! From start to finish, the whole process was absolutely seamless. Mike and Robyn are SO organized and top of things, and made the process so simple for us! All of the vendors were provided to us and were all incredible! The florist, DJ, catering company, decorations, videographer, Photo Booth,, all of it! Both Mike and Robyn are extremely personable, very responsive and easy to talk to. The whole planning process went extremely smoothly and we were so excited for the outcome and to see it all come together. We were absolutely blown away the day of our wedding!!!! Their team is absolutely incredible as well. By the time we showed up to the venue, most everything was put together already and everyone was working so hard and so well together to make our day exactly the way we envisioned it. For a first time bride I had no idea what to do, what I'd need or even where to start with details. And you'd think that's what you hire a planner for. Well not with them, I barley ever heard from them except to collect payment. They didn't guide me though anything and when it came to the event they really didn't do anything, no guidance for the venue, the photographer or the wedding party. The vendors that's they used didn't follow though very well. The DJ played songs we specifically asked not to be played, caterer didn't make enough food and the cake was non existent. It's was so unorganized, from what I understand the venue cut ties with them. I would have gotten more guidance from a wedding binder. We were so impressed by the amenities included in the all inclusive package for a deal that we couldn't find anywhere else. I don't even know where to begin! Our wedding was absolutely amazing! From the first time we met Michael at The Red Horse Barn and took the initial tour, I knew everything was going to go smoothly. Michael, Robyn and Teri are seriously all so amazing and I cannot thank then enough. They went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely beautiful. Michael was more than helpful when it came to the venue, paperwork, and was attentive from start to finish. Teri & Robyn were so great, the decor was amazing and the food was spectacular. In fact, we had about half of our guest list come up to us and our parents and make comments on how delicious the BBQ was. The food was absolutely to die for, and I would highly recommend the BBQ option for everyone. The decorations were absolutely out of this world, they created my dream wedding and I wish I could relive it every single day. Another note I'd like to add is that with a group of 180 people, it's not always easy to keep the peace.... our group was having such a great time, there was no drama.. even the bartenders commented on how polite and enjoyable our group was and vice versa. This is so late considering i got married in 2011, but i finally made a yelp and wanted to say this company was great. We had to move out of CA a while before our wedding, so they worked with us very early and over the phone and it looked exactly as we hoped. We did only the ceremony there, because we wanted an indoor reception, but it was perfect and people still go on about how beautiful it was. read more

Michael and Terilyn went out of their way to make our wedding the perfect day (in Aug 2010). They planned everything except the ring and the dress. They were able to accommodate my band playing at the reception, which was no easy feat given that it's an 18-piece big band. The process was so easy with their company. We literally planned our entire wedding during the tasting over 3 hours. My only complaint about the venue is the bathrooms are a little bit of a walk up the stairs and through Laguna Village. Also, the parking is limited but in our case we arranged for shuttles from the 2 hotels that people were staying at. Now with Uber & Lyft, that would be easy as well. I highly recommend Michael and Terilyn, as well as this beautiful venue for a memorable and affordable beach wedding. Review Update - My wife and I were in Laguna Beach this past weekend. Unfortunately, M & T no longer deal with this venue. There is another company there that rents it out. I can't comment on their service, but the venue is amazing! read more

Two years ago, another of our daughters was married at another venue and the overall customer satisfaction was not high. They have all the hook-ups with the BEST vendors (photography, DJs, flowers, stationary, etc.) and most of it is included in the price. Our wedding day was picture perfect! We got engaged, and luckily were able to book our venue almost immediately and 5 months later thanks to AAIE at The Red Horse Barn we had the wedding of our dreams. Michael and Robyn were so helpful and answered every call, text and email in a timely fashion, which is huge as a stressed out bride. We wanted an all inclusive venue and we were so happy we made the right choice by choosing AAIE. We met with Michael and Robyn for our details meeting and they didn't have the color napkins I wanted and Michael bought them right there on the spot! Thanks to the amount of time that we were allowed at the venue before the ceremony started it didn't feel too rushed as we got to watch everyone setting up the venue, me from the bride's quarters and my husband in the groom's suite, our wedding day couldn't have gone smoother. Bride's quarters, light and open with the AC unit on a hot summer day and the Groom's suite had perfect masculine touches, perfect for photos. Everyone raved about the DJ, the florist was the best, they did an amazing job with our dessert spread and placing the donuts on our donut wall. Everyone LOVED the food, the tasting was fun too (Bring wine, we forgot but was able to purchase there). Only tiny downfall is the curfew, we just weren't ready to end the most amazing party of our lives. I would 100% recommend AAIE at The Red Horse Barn to anyone! The Red Horse Barn and An All Inclusive Event was absolutely perfect for our wedding day. The second we met Michael and toured the venue, it was an easy decision of Yes! But he told us to go home and think about it, but our decision didn't change. We both always wanted an outdoor wedding and it had everything we were looking for. The lawn with the sunlight glowing through the trees was breathtaking, the bride and groom rooms to get ready in, the gazebo, the lighting in the trees and planters and string lights was all perfect. But the option for the All Inclusive Event really was the cherry on top!! I have heard how stressful wedding planning is but Michael and his team took that stress away. They have all the vendors for the string lights, cake, florist, DJ, alcohol, food, decor. You just make an appointment at your convenience to meet with them and go over what you want! I never felt overwhelmed. The day of - everything was coordinated by Michael and his team, the vendors all showed up and set everything up and we didn't have to do anything but relax and enjoy the day. The food was raved about by all our guests and we had a hard time narrowing down the choices because it was all amazing! The lighting, flowers, cake, music, drinks and decor exceeded our expectations. Additionally, Robyn & Michael kept in contact with you throughout the planning process and coordinated everything perfect the day of. Robyn was so sweet the day of - she helped bustle my long train and even sewed my husband's suit jacket that ripped!! AMAZING service by all! Wow, what can I say about All inclusive? They are amazingly wonderful people, totally professional and kind and extremely helpful. My Wife and I were married at Laguna Village through An All Inclusive Event Saturday the 21st of April 2012. We started working with Michael and Terilyn (the owners) about 8 months ago and we came into this whole process totally clueless. They were gracious and patient with us as we learned the ropes of getting married and offered helpful advice the whole way. About 4 months before the wedding we had a slight emergency where our cash flow was severely limited from our original budget, we contacted them and they worked with us to adjust the wedding so that we could hit our new budget and not compromise the quality of the event at all. The event itself was described by our guests as "The most elegant wedding I've ever been to", "Simply breathtaking", "Like a team of ninjas were tirelessly working in the background". We were told by married friends and family that our wedding itself would be stressful and fly by and feel like a waste of money. Thanks to Michael and Terilyn though, we had a ball and felt that if anything, we underpaid for the level of service and attention to detail we got. Highlights: We forgot to bring the garter and at the last minute Michael saved the day by getting one out of nowhere. The rehearsal was professional, quick and left everyone totally comfortable in their roles Being waited on hand and foot and truly feeling like royalty through the ENTIRE process, not just the day of. They were always promptly responsive through phone, and email, not to mention taking as much time as we needed to meet with us personally. Whales surfacing and dolphins jumping in the background of the ceremony. Cons: None. We simply couldn't feel happier or better served. In the end, you could not be in better hands than An All inclusive Event. We will forever remember our wedding as seamless, beautiful, and breathtaking. I found Michael from the All Inclusive Event to be an amazing. From the beginning, I knew I wasn't going to have the time to plan my wedding and do all the details. I went looking around at many venues and fell in love with the Red Horse Barn. Michael who gave me the tour of the venue was very helpful and informative from the very beginning. I knew that he was going to help me get everything done and take some of the stress off my shoulders :). People always say "Things will go wrong on your wedding day". Things went wrong like my grandma messing up my cake, like our own personal photographer doing shady things. However, with all the kinks that occurred from day one Michael was able to help me walk through what I should do. He was very understanding and always helped in ways that he could. Mike and Terilyn put on my college graduation party for me! It was amazing! They came with plenty of time to decorate fabulously with the colors I chose. Everything, including the catering, was ready to go on time and their staff was attentive and friendly. The food, from East Side Mario's, was delicious and kept warm for many hours throughout the party. Mike and Terilyn went above and beyond to make the party super special for my family and I. One of my favorite details from the party were the chandeliers they used under the canopies. They are hard working people and definitely people pleasers! My fiancé & I will be married on October 1st 2011 at the Cliffs at Laguna Village thru An All Inclusive Event. I would consider myself to be a bit hard to please, I have high expectations & wanted to find the best place possible for my wedding. It's in two weeks & so far I have to say that I've never had such a great experience working with honest, friendly, & responsive people. What they say is what you get. Nothing is hidden & Terilynn keeps track of every detail & remembers exactly what I want. We are from Las Vegas so having our wedding out of state adds yet another layer of stress, but i must say, Terilynn & Robyn have assured me that everything will be perfect. Their relationship with their vendors is awesome too!!! Everyone of their preferred vendors has been great to work with. Just all together amazing people. Maybe its just me but I am always shocked when people come through & you get exactly what you expected. They have put me at ease & the reason I chose them in the first place is reading posts like this where other brides have gone on & on about how wonderful they are. If you call or email them they get right back to you. Just so accommodating & good people. If Terilyn & Robyn were t my WC's they'd be guests at ny wedding. Just went to my buddies wedding in Laguna Beach over the summer. Beautiful location but most of the employees seemed to hate their job. Not very friendly at all, even a little rude at times. Bathroom was a hike and parking was a disaster. Could of been better. read more

I attended an event and to say the very least I was disappointed at the organization and execution that I saw unfold. First off the DJ that was used at a wedding I attended as a guest was the WORST DJ I have ever encountered in my life. I have been to hundreds of events both professionally and personally and have never found someone to be so unprofessional. I cannot believe that they would contract with such a person. I will not be recommending them to any of my friends or colleagues; I will in fact be letting them know how appalled I was as a guest to see a DJ be so unprofessional. Secondly, the execution of the dinner service was awful; the person telling the tables to go and get dinner was so rude and unprofessional. I was sad for the family that had spent a fortune for this place. read more

I think if you schedule a wedding at the end of the season...that's not a very good time. The staff seemed worn out and tired. The DJ "Dave" did not follow the song itinerary that was given to him, he could learn from the wedding DJ at Edgewood in South Lake Tahoe. It is his job to pull the event together. There were many times he was not even present at his position.We had last minute changes in our cake person and I went out of my way to get ribbon to them which didn't even show up on the cake. It just seemed as if it was a let's get thru this type of attitude. Even the sign-in picture was not set-up before the ceremony started. The entrance songs for the wedding party were not the ones chosen and as I stated before, the songs for the ceremony were wrong as well. Although the behavior of one of our guests caused them to stop the music. I felt it was unnecessary to end the reception early, call the cops and make everyone leave for one person's behavior. It left the bride in tears in her Dad's arms, and all the guests were informed on the microphone announced out loud by the "DJ". If the coordinatoors just cooled down and realized this was our once in a lifetime event they might have took our feelings into consideration. Oh yes and the Doves...they were pigeons. read more

We just got married at the Villa Rockledge in Laguna Beach CA. The best of our wedding day was obviously marrying my husband but the next best thing was working with Terilyn and her staff. Coordinating the entire wedding with her was exciting and was so easy! She worked with our budget and was sincere and passionate about what she does. Her staff was highly professional they were there for anything we needed and wore headsets to communicate. They made everything run smoothly and it allowed me and my husband to have the time to breathe and enjoy our wedding. Terilyn is phenomenal at creating the wedding exactly the way you always dreamed. She is honest, trustworthy, highly knowledgeable, and an amazing person. I believe it's because they took the time to get to know me so they understood me without having to say too much (so impressive).
