Ann and her team made our wedding day go so smoothly and took such great care of us throughout the entire process. Ann was there as soon as my hair and makeup were finished and paid attention to every little detail. She noticed a few sparse spots in the front of my updo and immediately checked if I wanted them filled in so my hair would look fuller. Ann was literally my fairy godmother on our wedding day and I cannot recommend her enough!!! My husband and I actually met Ann when we attended my cousin's wedding in 2023. And though we only had Ann as a day of coordinator, she supported us through the whole process. My husband, Austin, and I had a large (230pp) Vietnamese wedding with a tea ceremony, mass, photo session, and then reception - so it was hectic. We did a lot of the pre-planning, but Ann met with us the week before to cover any unforeseen details. On the day of, she made sure no one came to us with questions, and made us feel like king/queen. Anything we requested, she made it happen, no questions asked. She also handled any mishaps before it could cause Austin and I any anxiety. As an example - it rained on our wedding day, but Ann and our team of vendors were quick to pivot and set up an indoor photo shoot at our Venue, which turned out BEAUTIFULLY. My only feedback is that our reception timeline was rushed, as expected, but some of our guests felt that her assistant was aggressive in trying to rush our table greetings. But Ann herself handled everything gracefully. None of our guests could tell things were a bit behind schedule. All in all, on top of doing her job well, Ann is incredibly thoughtful. For example, what turned out to be one of my favorite memories of the night was my "Groom's Toss" of a mini-basketball. We had decided early on that we didn't want to do a garter toss, but instead of simply moving on to the next question when we said "no" to a garter toss, Ann encouraged us to get creative and shared the idea of tossing something else instead. This level of detail and helpfulness was evident in the entire crafting of our wedding timeline, starting bright and early with hair and makeup and flower pickup, all the way through final drop-off at the end of the night.
