Singha Beer. The Perfect compliment to any Thai meal.
Demond S.

By far, the best restaurant I ate at the whole trip. Restaurant looks like similar Thai restaurants. After being there for 30 minutes, it became clear why the rating are so high. Customer is great, but the dishes, that is quality of, left my mouth watering long after I left. I ordered spring rolls and panang curry chicken. This is the 1st time I have had fresh spring rolls. I mean, you can taste every vegetable in the roll. The chilli sweet red sauce was a nice treat compared to getting duck sauce at most restaurants. When the main course arrived, it was served in stainless pots, tea light heated. Totally unexpected. My dish stay hot start to finish and the portions were very generous. Of course when eating Thai, Singha beer is must. For post dining, I recommend there Thai Ice Tea. You will not be disappointed, no matter what you order. Bon Appetite.

Red curry with salmon and chicken fried rice. Amazeballs!

Great place. Food seems a little expensive, but these dishes are easily big enough for 2 to 3 people each so when that's factored in, it's quite cheep. Quality of the food was magnificent. The red curry with salmon was hands down the best curry I have had. That includes travelling Thailand for 10 weeks and living in Australia. The dish was served on a candle base to keep it bubbling away which added ambience and worked extremely well. Highly recommend. That said, I also highly recommend sharing a plate, or maybe two for 3 people. Dishes are well and truly oversized. I'm also comparing food prices to places outside of Copenhagen so with that factored in, its a steal.

Wow. The place is small and off to the side but my god the food is incredible. The service is friendly and slow but in the end it's completely worth it. So much flavor in every dish it's unreal. My wonky regret was getting one meal each for me and my fiancé as the portions were gigantic. I really loved this place.

Phad thai

Excellent food. The Phad Thai was really good not too sweet. Could have been spicier. The portions were very generous. The wine and beer were very good. The massaman duck curry was exceptional. The crispy pork was a little chewy but flavorful. The seating was a little tight. The service was excellent. The food came out very hot and fairly quickly. We'd go back (over and over).

Pork roast with kale with chiles.

I'm biased because I came here with a Thai person so perhaps the food was better because of it. But I don't think so. We had a special dish of fried whole fish covered in spices which can only be ordered if you speak Thai. We also had two kinds of curry, a spicy pork roast dish which was mixed with kale (so pork belly with crackling and kale), and white rice was part of the meal. Not extra. Portions were large and the doggy bag was bright green. The restaurant is located across from the garage entrance to the local police station so it was sort of interesting to look out the window.

I am in flavor town!

It has been a long time since I have been blown away by a Thai restaurant, but Baan Thai Isarn delivered a semi truck of flavor! I ordered the nue nam tok, which was a steak with a spicy fish/lime sauce and Thai herbs. It was so fresh and was actually proper Thai spicy! The steak had a decent amount of fat to add to the umami deliciousness! The sauce was sour, salty, and spicy. It is my first time here and definitely will not be my last. But their beef dish is definitely a 5star dish in my book!

Summary: Great atmosphere. Food is good. Nice location in meatpacking Atmosphere: This place is adorably decorated. It's quiet on a side street in the meatpacking area. Service: While the person who helped me wasn't totally comfortable with English, I found her to be completely sweet as she tried her best to help me out. Man I wish I could learn Danish faster!! They do have free wifi here. Food: I gave them a 3.5 on this and rounded up. I wouldn't say it's the best Thai in Denmark. The Thai food competition is just so steep. I really enjoyed my Basil beef. The coconut soup was good, but it's just better in a few other places I've been to. Possibly cook the veggies in the soup just a tough longer.

Mee Korat

We ordered deep fried pork ribs, Som tum poo paalaa, mee korat. Too much food for two people! Must come as a big group, but good is delicious and authentic.

Red curry with prawns

I had the red curry prawns and it was amazing! Everything that the other diners were having looked and smelled soooo good while I was waiting for my dinner to arrive. I had a Singha beer with my dinner so I was not charged the $10 DKK for water. I will definitely be back with more people next time so we can try more dishes.

The large amount of chicken Pad Thai. Easily enough for 2 people.

Great environment and absolutely amazing food. I was very pleased with the mountain of food I received for relatively cheap (for Copenhagen). I couldn't even finish half of my pad Thai. They do charge 10 DKK for water but it's free if you buy another drink.

If you are anywhere near this restaurant stop in…read more I liked it so much I came back again for dinner. I rode my bike over both times. They make you feel welcome, they have English and Danish menus, but mainly locals eat here it seemed. The prices are reasonable. They have a patio and some inside tables that looks out onto the most beautiful body of water--it's a high end upscale residential area on a lake. You can rent a boat. You can easily build romance here before and after dinner in this area. It seemed safe to me as long as you stay near the water/shore. The food is excellent. I had the Chicken with Vegetables both nights with the best tasting rice. They cut fresh vegetables here. Chicken was soft and tender--a little bit on the too salty side for me. When you ask for tea, they don't give hot water and tea bag, they give you an entire iron kettle of brewed tea. It's a family run operation. Kind of like eating at home with a Thai family. Consistency will vary a bit, kind of like cooking at home. I felt good after my meals here.

Excellent! Stopped in for dinner, it was a rainy, windy, cold Copenhagen night. The place is cozy and lit with candles throughout, we were seated at a table by a window looking out at the River. My husband and our friend ordered beers, I stuck with water. We then ordered angel wings, coconut curry soup, chicken pad Thai, cashew chicken, and a ginger spicy dish. Everything was really great! Will definitely return when visiting Copenhagen again.,
